BeOne Medicines’ main medicine, BRUKINSA, treats several blood cancers and accounts for most of its revenue. The United States is its largest revenue market. TEVIMBRA, used to treat solid tumors, is its other major internally developed medicine. The company also sells licensed cancer medicines in China, including products from Amgen.
BeOne sells its medicines through third-party distributors. Patients’ access to treatment, and therefore sales, depends heavily on coverage and reimbursement from government health systems and private insurers. China’s national health coverage system is the main payor there; inclusion in its reimbursement list involves negotiated price discounts, so wider coverage also affects what BeOne earns per sale.
Each medicine needs regulatory approval in each market before it can be sold, and BeOne may promote it only for approved, label-consistent uses. Its commercial reach therefore depends on both the cancer treatments regulators authorize and the coverage payors provide.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
BeOne’s results hinge chiefly on BRUKINSA gaining global market share; Innocare, absent from this list, is also worth watching in BTK inhibitors and the emerging BCL2 treatment market.
AstraZeneca challenges both of BeOne’s main cancer medicines: CALQUENCE competes with BRUKINSA for B-cell cancer patients, and IMFINZI competes with TEVIMBRA. Watch CALQUENCE sales in and outside the US for a read on the competition facing BeOne’s largest revenue source.
AbbVie’s IMBRUVICA competes for the blood-cancer patients behind BeOne’s dominant BRUKINSA revenue, and both companies are pursuing further treatments targeting BTK. AbbVie’s trade-secret lawsuit concerning BeOne’s BGB-16673 program is also worth watching: BeOne says an adverse outcome could bring damages or loss of intellectual-property rights.
Eli Lilly’s JAYPIRCA competes with BeOne’s BRUKINSA, while its pirtobrutinib is the comparison drug in BeOne’s Phase 3 trial of BGB-16673. That head-to-head trial tests BeOne’s approach of removing the BTK protein, including forms linked to resistance to BTK-blocking medicines.
Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen sells IMBRUVICA to treat B-cell cancers, directly competing for patients with BeOne’s BRUKINSA. The clinical comparison matters here: BeOne says BRUKINSA delivered superior efficacy and lower cardiac toxicity than ibrutinib in relapsed or refractory CLL.
BeOne depends on Amgen to manufacture and supply XGEVA, BLINCYTO and KYPROLIS for sale in China, with the companies sharing profits and losses equally. Supply news for these three cancer medicines matters directly to BeOne’s China sales; the amended agreement lets BeOne keep selling them for as long as they are sold there.
Merck’s KEYTRUDA competes with BeOne’s TEVIMBRA for solid-tumor treatment using medicines that block immune checkpoints. Watch KEYTRUDA’s clinical and treatment-use news for the competitive conditions facing TEVIMBRA as BeOne expands its cancer-drug sales across markets.
Bristol Myers Squibb both competes with and licenses cancer medicines to BeOne: OPDIVO rivals TEVIMBRA, while BeOne sells BMS-licensed REVLIMID and VIDAZA in China. OPDIVO news speaks to competition for BeOne’s own medicine; the China licensing relationship supports sales of other cancer treatments.
Nurix Therapeutics’ NX-5948 challenges BeOne’s BGB-16673 in experimental medicines designed to remove the BTK protein, known as BTK degraders. Watch NX-5948’s global pivotal Phase 2 progress rather than product sales: Nurix has no approved medicines and earns revenue from collaboration and licensing arrangements.
Ascentage Pharma’s Lisaftoclax competes with BeOne’s sonrotoclax for previously treated CLL/SLL patients in China and in global development. Watch Lisaftoclax’s China sales after its July 2025 approval and its global Phase 3 progress for competition facing BeOne’s newer blood-cancer medicine.
HUTCHMED and BeOne both sell innovative cancer medicines in China, where government reimbursement shapes patient access and sales. Watch Elunate’s China sales following its January 2026 reimbursement changes: its third-line colorectal-cancer coverage was renewed at the existing price, and its endometrial-cancer combination indication was added.
Zai Lab and BeOne both commercialize innovative cancer medicines in Greater China, so local treatment access and reimbursement conditions matter to both. Watch access and reimbursement news for Zai Lab’s oncology products, including ZEJULA and AUGTYRO, rather than treating its broader medicine portfolio as a direct match for BeOne.

BeOne Medicines’ report will show whether BRUKINSA and TEVIMBRA sales growth is still turning into higher product gross profit.
Read BRUKINSA and TEVIMBRA sales growth alongside gross margin on global product sales. Growth in both sales and margin would show that demand and manufacturing productivity are offsetting price and production costs; sales growth with a falling margin would mean less profit is left from each dollar of sales.
