Nexxen International Ltd. helps brands and advertising agencies reach audiences, while helping digital publishers and broadcasters sell advertising space. Buyers use its demand-side platform to plan and run campaigns; publishers use its supply-side platform to offer space to Nexxen’s buyers and other buying platforms. The Nexxen Data Platform supports audience targeting and measurement across both sides. Customers pay platform fees linked to advertising spend or use of its services. Most revenue comes from automated advertising transactions, known as programmatic advertising, and video—including connected TV—accounts for most revenue.
The business depends on buyers continuing to direct advertising budgets through the platform and publishers supplying desirable advertising space. A limited group of buying platforms, agencies and advertisers supplies a substantial share of revenue, with two buyers individually accounting for significant shares. A relatively small group of publishers and channel partners also supplies a significant portion of inventory. These relationships generally carry no minimum spending or supply commitments.
Audience targeting and measurement depend on access to data. Privacy laws and browser, mobile-platform and connected-TV restrictions limit how Nexxen can collect and use tracking data. It generally relies on publishers, buyers and data providers to obtain valid consumer consent where required and honor opt-outs.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
Watch Hisense subsidiary V: Nexxen’s video and connected-TV results also hinge on its exclusive ACR-data and North American advertising-monetization partnership with V, which runs through at least 2029.
Magnite, Inc. competes with Nexxen to help publishers sell advertising space through automated auctions, leaving both exposed to video and connected-TV ad spending; Magnite generally takes a share of that spending. Watch its relationships with large connected-TV publishers, where a small number of sellers supply much of the audience buyers can reach.
PubMatic, Inc. competes with Nexxen for publishers that need help selling digital advertising space, generally charging publishers a percentage of the ads sold through its platform. Its publishers’ advertising yields offer a comparison for Nexxen’s own publisher-monetization business.
Viant Technology Inc. competes with Nexxen for marketers and agencies paying to plan, buy and measure automated digital campaigns, including connected-TV ads. Watch its agency campaign spending: customers generally make no commitment to use the platform and can reduce or cancel campaigns.
The Trade Desk, Inc. competes with Nexxen for advertisers and agencies buying digital campaigns, generally charging a platform fee tied to their spending. Spending by agency groups is worth watching: on an aggregated holding-company basis, two groups each accounted for more than 10% of its gross billings in 2025.
Teads Holding Co. competes with Nexxen on both sides of advertising, connecting paying advertisers with media owners’ ad space and offering audience-targeting and measurement tools. Watch its access to connected-TV manufacturers’ inventory, a concrete area of overlap with Nexxen’s video-focused business.
Criteo S.A. competes with Nexxen to serve brands and agencies running digital ads and publishers selling ad space, but puts more emphasis on shopping outcomes. Its Performance Media business is the closer comparison for Nexxen; Retail Media instead helps retailers sell advertising and brands drive sales through ads on and off retailers’ sites.
AppLovin competes with Nexxen to connect paying advertisers with mobile-app publishers’ ad space. Watch Axon Ads Manager’s ability to meet advertisers’ return-on-spending goals: it generates substantially all of AppLovin’s revenue, while mobile accounted for 29% of Nexxen’s video revenue in 2025.
DoubleVerify Holdings, Inc. and Nexxen both benefit from more digital campaign activity: DoubleVerify charges advertising customers to measure transactions across platforms including Nexxen, rather than to buy or sell ad space. Its measured transaction volume is the useful comparison for activity flowing through Nexxen’s advertising platform.
Alphabet’s Google competes with Nexxen for agencies’ campaign budgets through DV360, which helps them buy digital ads. Google’s advertising network and YouTube also compete for advertisers’ digital spending.

Alphabet’s report will show how advertisers are spending across Google’s ad products, a window on both digital ad demand and the budget competition Nexxen faces.
Watch Google advertising, including YouTube and its broader digital ad activity. Steady or stronger results would support the case that digital ad demand is holding up, while also showing that Google remains a formidable rival for Nexxen’s budgets; weakness would signal a softer market, not necessarily a shift of spending to Nexxen.
Nexxen International Ltd. earningsThis company
Nexxen’s report will show whether advertisers are putting more budget through its programmatic platform and whether video, especially connected TV, is contributing to growth.
Read programmatic revenue alongside video and connected-TV revenue. Growth in programmatic and video, with connected TV stabilizing, would show advertisers are increasing spend through Nexxen’s core business; continued weakness in video or connected TV would mean growth elsewhere is not yet offsetting pressure in a major part of the platform.
