Company

Company overview

Ispire Technology Inc.’s main business is supplying nicotine vaping devices, primarily under its Aspire brand. Most e-cigarette revenue comes from distributors that buy its products for resale; it also supplies devices made for other brands. Europe provides most of the company’s revenue. Sales rely heavily on Your-Buyer International Limited, which serves the United Kingdom and France, and another large distributor serving the United Kingdom.

Its smaller cannabis business designs and supplies vaping hardware to cannabis brands according to their specifications. Those customers sell the devices under their own brands, sometimes alongside the Ispire name, and supply and fill the cannabis or hemp oil themselves. Ispire sells the hardware, not the oil. It also sells nicotine pouches and assembles nicotine products in Malaysia.

Most vaping products still come from Shenzhen Yi Jia, a supplier controlled by Ispire’s CEO, Tuanfang Liu; Ispire’s Malaysian factory mainly assembles purchased components. Regulation also limits where it can sell: it is not marketing nicotine vaping products in the United States while awaiting FDA premarket approvals. For cannabis hardware, it excludes certain U.S. states and restricts sales to licensed cannabis businesses where state law requires this.

Ispire faces Smoore International, the largest legal tobacco-vapor producer by volume, while depending on Shenzhen Yi Jia for most of its vaping products.

  • British American Tobacco competes with Ispire for adult nicotine consumers worldwide, selling vapour and oral nicotine products through retailers while Ispire supplies vaping hardware and pouches through distributors and manufacturing arrangements. Watch BAT's vapour and oral nicotine business: its greater resources can support more aggressive pricing and promotion against Ispire.

  • RLX Technology's expansion outside China brings it into competition with Ispire, as both sell rechargeable and closed-system nicotine vaping products through distributors. Watch RLX's Asia-Pacific expansion and its investment in a European company, which bring it closer to Ispire's main e-cigarette markets.

  • Philip Morris International competes with Ispire in international nicotine markets through its VEEV e-vapor products and ZYN nicotine pouches, while Ispire supplies vaping hardware and pouches through distributors and manufacturing arrangements. Watch the reach of those products: PMI's smoke-free products were sold in 106 markets at December 31, 2025, including oral pouches in 56.

  • Altria's NJOY e-vapor and Helix nicotine pouch products compete with Ispire's vaping and pouch offerings, but its mainly U.S. business overlaps less with Europe-focused Ispire. Altria sells mainly to wholesalers and large retailers; its U.S. e-vapor and pouch business is the part to watch for this competition.
