CI&T Inc helps large enterprises and fast-growing companies turn business needs into working software, such as mobile applications and enterprise systems. Its consulting and design work helps define what clients need, then its engineers build, implement and maintain the software. Software development generates most revenue. Clients mainly pay for time worked at agreed hourly rates, though some projects have fixed prices.
A substantial part of revenue comes from returning clients, and Brazil and the United States account for most sales. The largest clients supply a substantial share of revenue; the largest is a Brazilian financial institution. These relationships do not guarantee continuing work: clients can terminate many agreements or individual engagements, making repeat business dependent on their willingness to keep commissioning projects.
Profitability depends on retaining skilled professionals and keeping them assigned to paying projects. Service rates generally can rise only annually, often within contractual caps, limiting how quickly CI&T can pass higher costs to clients. Its work also involves handling personal data under privacy laws, including Brazil’s LGPD and the EU’s GDPR, which restrict data processing and cross-border transfers and can require processing activities to stop for noncompliance.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
CI&T’s results hinge on enterprise software-development and AI-transformation budgets; privately held Thoughtworks is another important direct competitor to watch.
GLOBANT S.A. and CI&T compete for enterprise spending on software design, engineering and AI transformation, with clients largely paying for the time spent on projects. Globant’s AI-powered service subscriptions offer another way to track how enterprises are buying this work.
Endava plc competes with CI&T for clients paying to design, build and deploy custom digital products and data and AI solutions. Watch spending by Endava’s largest clients: its top ten accounted for 32.5% of revenue in fiscal 2025.
EPAM Systems and CI&T compete for enterprises paying for software projects from strategy and design through deployment and support. EPAM’s work for financial-services, consumer-goods and retail clients is especially relevant to CI&T because both serve those industries.
Grid Dynamics Holdings, Inc. competes with CI&T for large enterprises’ cloud, AI and digital-commerce engineering projects. Its finance and retail revenue is worth watching for demand in shared customer groups; together those sectors supplied 53.7% of its 2025 revenue.
Accenture competes with CI&T for enterprises paying to combine strategy, design and software delivery in technology-transformation projects. Its consulting business is the part to watch for this overlap, rather than treating all of its managed-services work as comparable to CI&T.
Cognizant competes with CI&T for enterprises paying to develop, maintain and modernize their applications, including financial-services and consumer-sector clients. Its financial-services results offer a useful view of a customer group that supplied 36.1% of CI&T’s 2025 revenue.
Infosys competes with CI&T for enterprise budgets to build and modernize applications and deliver cloud, data and AI services. Watch its application-modernization and AI work for signs of demand for the services both companies sell.
Wipro and CI&T pursue the same enterprise technology budgets, selling application development, modernization and data and AI services. Wipro’s work helping clients move from AI experiments to wider deployment is worth watching for how those budgets turn into projects.
DXC Technology’s Consulting & Engineering Services business competes with CI&T for companies paying for custom software, data analytics and application modernization. Watch that segment’s results rather than DXC’s infrastructure or insurance-software businesses for the closest comparison.
Infosys Limited earningsINFY
Infosys’s report will show whether companies are spending on application modernization and AI projects that Infosys and CI&T both compete to win.
Focus on Infosys’s application-modernization and AI work. Stronger activity would show that enterprise budgets are flowing to services CI&T also sells, supporting its chances to win or expand projects. Weaker activity would point to tighter budgets and make new wins or expansion harder for CI&T.
Fed Interest Rate Decision
The Fed’s decision sets the benchmark for U.S. interest rates, and higher rates can raise CI&T’s interest costs on U.S.-dollar Export Credit Notes and Working Capital Loans priced at SOFR, a floating benchmark borrowing rate, plus a spread.

If it comes in above expectations
If the Fed’s rate is above expectations, higher borrowing rates may increase CI&T’s interest expense on these SOFR-linked loans, leaving less of its client-service revenue after debt costs.
If it comes in below expectations
If the Fed’s rate is below expectations, lower borrowing rates may reduce CI&T’s interest expense on these SOFR-linked loans, leaving more of its client-service revenue after debt costs.
Cognizant Technology Solutions earningsCTSH
Cognizant’s financial-services results will show how much that customer sector is buying technology services, a market that supplied 36.1% of CI&T’s 2025 revenue.
Read Cognizant’s financial-services revenue and project activity against its overall results. Strength in that business would suggest this important customer group is supporting technology-service spending, a constructive demand signal for CI&T’s largest industry market—but not proof that CI&T won work. Weakness would point to greater pressure on CI&T from financial-services clients.
CI&T Inc earningsThis company
CI&T earns most of its revenue from client projects, and this report will show whether that work is growing without squeezing project margins.
Read revenue growth alongside Adjusted Gross Profit margin, CI&T’s measure of project operating performance that excludes depreciation and amortization in service costs and share-based compensation. Rising revenue with a stable or higher margin means added work is not visibly eroding project profit. Rising revenue with a falling margin means each dollar of revenue is leaving less project profit; weakness in both suggests new or expanded client work is not offsetting slower or reduced projects.
