Company overview

AiRWA Inc. operates digital advertising, customized AI and consumer-goods distribution businesses through its subsidiaries. Advertising is its largest disclosed revenue source. Through YYEM, it connects businesses seeking promotion with intermediaries that can place campaigns on Google, TikTok and Meta. Its compensation depends on referred advertisers’ spending and its agreements with those intermediaries. AiRWA generally has no direct relationship with the platforms, so it relies on partners to maintain access. Revenue is concentrated among a few major customers.

Rafael AI sells complete, customized software solutions directly to enterprises. It uses customers’ business data to develop AI applications for fields such as healthcare, industrial manufacturing and autonomous driving. Delivery depends on usable customer data and permission to use it; privacy rules and contractual restrictions can limit where data is stored or processed and how it is used.

The recently acquired Best Life adds a separate trading business. It sources Japanese and other international consumer goods and sells them in China and other overseas markets through online platforms and retail channels. It earns from product sales and depends on suppliers, distribution partners and cross-border logistics. Customs, import and export rules can restrict which goods it may trade.

YYEM also owns matchmaking technology that partners can adapt for local dating services in exchange for license payments. Its main licensees terminated their agreements, and AiRWA is seeking replacement customers rather than relying on those former arrangements as an ongoing revenue source.

AIRWA also uses TikTok for advertising, but its broader results depend on customized AI deliveries, replacing terminated matchmaking licensees and expanding imported-consumer-goods distribution.

  • Eva Live and AiRWA Inc. compete for businesses paying for creative work, account management, media planning and ad placement to improve campaign results. Eva Live’s AI matching of campaigns to ad spots offers a comparison for AIRWA’s campaign optimization, though most Eva Live customers are in the United States and Canada.

  • ZW Data Action Technologies and AiRWA Inc. both depend on advertisers paying for online marketing, campaign analysis and media placement, although their geographic customer bases differ. ZW Data Action’s internet advertising and related services revenue shows demand for this work, rather than a direct read on AIRWA’s Singapore-based clients.

  • AppLovin competes for advertisers seeking returns on campaign spending, while AiRWA Inc. manages and optimizes campaigns for entertainment, gaming and fintech clients. Watch Axon Ads Manager, which generates substantially all of AppLovin’s revenue by matching ads to users and charging advertisers according to campaign goals: it offers an automated alternative to campaign-management services.

  • Teads Holding Co. and AiRWA Inc. compete for businesses’ digital marketing budgets through managed campaigns, creative services and measurement. Teads earns revenue when advertisers buy media owners’ ad space through its platform, making its managed-service offering the closest comparison to AIRWA’s campaign work.

  • AiRWA Inc. manages advertisers’ performance campaigns on Meta Platforms, so both businesses are exposed to spending aimed at finding potential customers, building awareness and driving conversions. Meta sells ad placements to marketers; its Family of Apps advertising revenue is the relevant line to watch, rather than Reality Labs hardware sales.

  • AiRWA Inc. manages advertisers’ campaigns across Google channels, tying its work to the advertising spending that also supports Alphabet. Alphabet earns advertising revenue from Google properties and partner sites; Google Services’ performance and brand advertising is the relevant business to watch, not Google Cloud.
