Wynn Resorts brings casinos, luxury hotels and leisure facilities together at resorts serving vacationers, casino players and convention guests. Its properties include Wynn Palace and Wynn Macau in Macau, Wynn Las Vegas and Encore in Las Vegas, and Encore Boston Harbor. Macau supplies more than half of the company’s revenue.
Casino revenue is the largest source of income: Wynn earns the difference between what players wager and what it pays back in winnings. Guests also pay for rooms, meals and entertainment, while retail space contributes rental income. The parent company receives cash mainly through dividends and distributions from its subsidiaries, funded by the resorts’ earnings.
Most revenue depends on customers traveling to these properties. A significant share of table-games revenue comes from a small group of premium players, many of whom play on credit, so their visits, betting and repayment matter to cash generation. The casinos also require government permission to operate. In Macau, only gaming-concession holders may run casinos; Wynn’s business there depends on retaining its concession and meeting its conditions.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
Wynn Resorts’ results hinge on Macau gaming and Las Vegas resort spending; Galaxy and SJM are important Macau rivals to watch beyond this list.
Las Vegas Sands competes with Wynn Resorts in Macau for premium casino players, hotel guests and leisure visitors who spend at their resorts. Watch Sands’ Macau gaming business, particularly premium mass customers, for a read on competition for Wynn’s guests.
MGM Resorts International competes with Wynn Resorts for casino and resort guests in both Las Vegas and Macau, making its results useful for tracking Wynn’s two largest markets. Watch MGM’s Las Vegas Strip hotel, dining and entertainment business: non-gaming operations typically provide more than half of those resorts’ net revenue.
Melco Resorts & Entertainment and Wynn Resorts compete for Macau casino players and resort visitors, leaving both materially exposed to Chinese visitor spending. Melco’s Macau revenue is the line to watch: that market generated a significant majority of its total revenue in each of 2023, 2024 and 2025.
Caesars Entertainment competes with Wynn Resorts on the Las Vegas Strip for casino customers, premium hotel guests and their entertainment spending.
Studio City’s Cotai casino and entertainment resort competes with Wynn Palace for Macau casino players and resort visitors; Studio City International runs the non-gaming businesses, while a Melco subsidiary operates the casino. Watch the casino’s mass-market table-game revenue for a read on competition for Macau gaming customers.

Las Vegas Sands competes with Wynn Resorts in Macau for premium-mass casino players and resort guests, so its report will show the demand and competitive pressure Wynn faces there.
Watch Sands’ Macau gaming business, especially premium-mass customers, alongside resort-visitor spending. Stronger results would show Macau demand is holding up, but also that Wynn faces firm competition for those guests; weaker results could point to a softer market, not prove Wynn is gaining share.

Casino play provides most of Wynn Resorts’ revenue, but hotel and other resort spending also matters; this report will show whether both are supporting the business.
Read casino revenue alongside non-casino revenue, including rooms, food and beverage, and entertainment, retail and other. If both strengthen, guests are spending more on gaming and elsewhere in the resorts; if casino revenue grows while non-casino revenue remains weak, gaming is carrying the business as hotel and leisure spending lag.
