AlTi Global helps individuals, families, family offices and institutions invest their money and manage their financial affairs. It builds investment portfolios and provides wealth planning, trust services and family-office support, including financial reporting and bill payment. Clients pay management and advisory fees, generally based on the assets it manages or advises on; these fees account for most revenue. More complex planning, trust and family-office work may carry separate fixed or time-based charges.
The company also gives wealth clients access to private-market and hedge-fund investments that can be difficult to enter directly because of high minimum investments. Its alternatives business serves mainly institutional clients. Alongside management fees, AlTi can earn performance-based fees from strategies such as TIG Arbitrage. It also receives a share of revenue or profits through stakes in external managers Romspen, Zebedee and Arkkan.
Its fee income depends on retaining clients and the value of assets they keep with it, while performance fees depend on investment results. AlTi has disposed of its former International Real Estate segment, whose businesses were placed into administration. Legacy entities ARE and AFM UK remain subject to requirements to maintain their assets and obtain UK Financial Conduct Authority consent before conducting new business.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
AlTi’s results depend chiefly on retaining wealth clients’ assets and investment performance, while Allianz supports its offering of access to private markets.
Silvercrest competes with AlTi for wealthy individuals and families who pay for investment management, financial advice and help running their financial affairs. Its ability to retain those clients is worth watching because recurring client fees underpin AlTi’s revenue.
Northern Trust competes with AlTi for wealthy families paying to have their assets managed and their trusts administered. Its Wealth Management segment is the relevant comparison for AlTi, rather than its business servicing institutional assets.
UBS competes with AlTi in both U.S. and international markets for wealthy clients paying for investment management and wealth advice. Its global client-service offering is the competitive comparison for AlTi’s cross-border wealth advice.
AllianceBernstein competes with AlTi for wealthy families, family offices, foundations and endowments paying for tailored investment management and wealth planning. Watch its Private Wealth client relationships: those clients can generally end their arrangements at any time or on short notice, making retention important to this business.
Morgan Stanley’s private-wealth business competes with AlTi for wealthy families paying for investment management and wealth advice.
Goldman Sachs competes with AlTi for wealthy clients’ managed assets and private-wealth business. Watch management and other fees in its Asset & Wealth Management segment, where clients pay for asset management, rather than its investment-banking revenue.
Affiliated Managers Group shares AlTi’s exposure to client allocations to independent managers and alternative investments: AMG owns stakes in managers, while AlTi receives distributions from external managers alongside its own investment and wealth-management fees. AMG’s private-market and liquid-alternative assets are useful to watch for demand for these strategies, which external managers sell largely to institutional clients on AlTi’s platform.
Ameriprise competes with AlTi for clients paying for financial planning and investment management, whether they delegate investment decisions or retain control, though it serves a broader retail market. Its managed-account fees are the useful comparison: like AlTi’s management and advisory fees, they depend on client asset levels.
Northern Trust Corp earningsNTRS
Northern Trust competes with AlTi Global for wealthy families, and its report will show whether those clients are still entrusting assets to firms for management and trust services.
Look at client assets and net flows in Northern Trust’s Wealth Management business, alongside the related fee income. Rising assets and fees would suggest continued demand from wealthy families and show that a competitor is retaining assets; outflows and weaker fees would point to pressure on demand or client retention. Northern Trust’s results do not stand in for AlTi Global’s own: the conclusion is a signal about demand and competition in their shared market.
Fed Interest Rate Decision
AlTi’s funds and portfolio companies use debt, so the Fed’s decision on its benchmark interest rate can change borrowing costs and the value of funds’ fixed-rate debt investments, affecting investment returns and AlTi’s performance-linked fees.

If it comes in above expectations
Higher rates can raise costs for portfolio companies with repricing debt and make new borrowing more expensive, potentially weakening investment activity and returns and reducing AlTi’s performance-linked fees.
If it comes in below expectations
Lower rates can ease borrowing costs for portfolio companies with repricing debt and make new borrowing cheaper, potentially supporting investment activity and returns and AlTi’s performance-linked fees.
Affiliated Managers Group earningsAMG
Affiliated Managers Group’s private-market and liquid-alternative assets can show institutional appetite for strategies also represented on AlTi Global’s external-manager platform.
Read Affiliated Managers Group’s private-market and liquid-alternative assets and flows together. Growth in both would suggest institutional demand is creating a more supportive fundraising and allocation environment for external managers on AlTi Global’s platform; weakness in both would point to a harder search for capital. The clients and products are not identical, so this is a signal about the broader demand for these strategies, not proof of AlTi Global’s own flows or investment performance.
AlTi Global, Inc. earningsThis company
AlTi Global’s recurring management and advisory fees depend largely on client asset levels, and this report will show whether wealth-management assets are turning into more revenue and cash.
Read wealth-management assets and net flows alongside management and advisory fees, then check whether operating cash flow follows. Assets and fees rising together would show client assets supporting recurring revenue; falling fees, especially if TIG Arbitrage outflows weigh on management fees, would show pressure on that income stream. If revenue grows but cash flow stays weak, fee collection and operating costs may be absorbing the gain. The question is whether AlTi Global can turn client assets into recurring fee income and cash.
