Company

Company overview

TON Strategy Company centers its business on holding Toncoin, the native digital asset of The Open Network blockchain. It makes those tokens available to operators that validate network transactions, receiving rewards in Toncoin after validator and protocol fees. BitGo and Blockchain.com provide custody and arrange staking through third-party operators. Earnings depend on staking rewards and validator performance; the value of its holdings and its ability to turn rewards into cash depend on Toncoin’s price and market liquidity. Staked tokens cannot be withdrawn or sold during network election cycles.

Digital-media services still provide most of the company’s revenue. MARKET.live helps brands and merchants produce shoppable content and run stores on TikTok Shop and other social platforms, charging recurring contract fees. TikTok Shop refers clients for these services. Go Fund Yourself charges companies for appearances on its CheddarTV show and related marketing for Regulation CF and Regulation A fundraising offerings. One customer supplies a substantial share of company revenue, though the company does not identify that customer.

The treasury strategy also depends on Toncoin’s legal status. The company believes Toncoin is not a security and that it need not register as an investment company. A contrary regulatory or court decision could restrict its activities and require it to dispose of much of its Toncoin.

TON Strategy Company’s results hinge chiefly on Toncoin prices and staking returns in the Telegram-linked TON ecosystem, while its social-commerce business also depends on TikTok Shop referrals.

  • Sharplink, Inc. mirrors TON Strategy Company’s exposure to token prices and staking returns: it holds ETH and lets third-party operators validate blockchain transactions to earn ETH rewards, just as TON Strategy does with TON. Its ETH staking rewards offer a comparison for the returns from outsourced validation, rather than a direct read on TON demand.

  • Solana Company offers a parallel to TON Strategy Company’s concentrated token exposure: it buys and holds SOL as its main treasury asset and seeks rewards from committing it to support the network, or staking. Watch its SOL holdings per share and planned staking returns as comparisons for TON Strategy’s effort to grow a treasury centered on TON.

  • DeFi Development Corp. seeks to grow its SOL holdings through network rewards, paralleling TON Strategy Company’s effort to grow its TON treasury through staking. Unlike TON Strategy’s outsourced validation, it also runs the systems that validate Solana transactions itself, so its staking rewards reflect both its own validator operations and delegation to outside operators.

  • Sol Strategies Inc. shows a similar reliance on token prices, staking returns and financing to TON Strategy Company: it used financing proceeds to buy SOL and commits those tokens to its own transaction-validation systems for network rewards. It also provides staking services to institutional and retail customers, so distinguish those operations from the rewards on its own SOL treasury.

  • TON Strategy Company depends on BitGo Holdings, Inc., through BitGo Trust Company, to safeguard and stake its Toncoin treasury. BitGo charges clients custody and account fees and earns staking-related revenue; news about its custody safeguards or staking services matters directly to how TON Strategy holds TON and earns rewards.

  • BitMine Immersion Technologies, Inc. offers a comparison for TON Strategy Company’s concentrated token holdings, but with ETH rather than TON. Its shift toward accumulating and managing ETH, while winding down its own mining, makes its ETH treasury the relevant comparison—not its historical mining business.

  • Forum Markets, Incorporated parallels TON Strategy Company by holding tokens and relying on third parties to earn network rewards, using ETH rather than TON. Its 2025 ETH staking revenue and token incentives provide a comparison for outsourced staking, though it expects future revenue to come primarily from its tokenization strategies.

  • Bit Digital, Inc. offers a comparison for TON Strategy Company’s exposure to token values and staking returns: its treasury and staking operations use ETH, while TON Strategy’s use TON.

  • BTCS Inc. shares TON Strategy Company’s dependence on network rewards, but does the transaction-validation work itself on Ethereum, while TON Strategy supplies TON to third-party operators. BTCS earns ETH from protocol rewards and transaction fees, making that revenue a comparison for validator economics rather than TON Strategy’s net return after outside operators’ fees.

  • Tao Synergies Inc. follows a single-token treasury approach like TON Strategy Company, buying TAO for price appreciation and committing it to staking for rewards. Its use of excess cash and potential financing proceeds to buy TAO offers a comparison for how funding and liquidity needs shape token accumulation, rather than a signal about TON’s network.
