TD SYNNEX Corporation supplies the technology that resellers and retailers sell to businesses, governments and consumers. Most of its revenue comes from selling purchased hardware, software and systems, ranging from personal computers to data-center equipment. It also helps customers assemble systems, manage cloud subscriptions and deliver and support products, while providing marketing services to technology suppliers.
Through Hyve, the company also designs and delivers purpose-built servers, storage and networking systems for customers running very large data centers. This business depends on cloud-infrastructure spending and a limited group of key customers and suppliers.
The wider business depends on demand for IT products and continued access to major suppliers. Apple and HP products account for substantial revenue, and one unnamed customer contributes a significant share of sales. Supplier agreements are generally short-term and can be ended on short notice. The company operates on thin margins, making supplier rebates, purchasing costs and inventory management important to earnings. It also needs substantial financing to hold inventory and fund sales until customers pay.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
TD SYNNEX also depends on hyperscale infrastructure spending, where its Hyve business competes with Flex, Quanta Computer and Wiwynn, none of which appears in this list.
Ingram Micro competes with TD SYNNEX worldwide for resellers buying IT products, software and cloud services. Watch its pricing, credit terms and delivery service: these are ways it competes for the same reseller orders.
Arrow Electronics competes with TD SYNNEX for permission from IT vendors to sell their products and for reseller purchases. Its enterprise computing distribution business is the relevant comparison, rather than its electronic components sales.
TD SYNNEX depends on HP for PCs, printers and related products that it resells to reseller and retail customers; these generated 10% of its consolidated revenue in fiscal 2025. HP's personal computing and printing results are therefore worth watching for demand in this part of TD SYNNEX's business.
Apple supplies devices and related products that TD SYNNEX resells, generating 12% of TD SYNNEX's consolidated revenue in fiscal 2025. Apple's product launches and changes to how it sells through distributors matter to this revenue stream.
CDW buys products from TD SYNNEX and resells them to businesses, government, education and healthcare customers, so their IT spending supports both companies. Watch CDW's hardware, software and cloud sales for a view of demand from those end customers.
Celestica competes with TD SYNNEX's Hyve business for hyperscale customers paying for customized server, storage and networking infrastructure. Watch its HPS business, which designs these data-center platforms with customers, for competition facing Hyve.
ScanSource competes with TD SYNNEX to sell networking, communications and other technology products to channel partners that resell them. Its Specialty Technology Solutions business, primarily in the United States and Brazil, is where to watch that overlap.
Insight Enterprises bought approximately 12% of its aggregate purchases from TD SYNNEX in 2025 and sells hardware, software and cloud solutions to enterprise customers. Those customers' purchases support TD SYNNEX's demand, making Insight's enterprise IT sales worth watching.
Dell Technologies supplies PCs and enterprise infrastructure through TD SYNNEX's distribution channel to resellers. Spending on PCs and data-center equipment supports both businesses.
Climb Global Solutions competes with TD SYNNEX to buy software, security, storage and networking products from vendors and resell them to resellers and systems integrators. Watch its vendor distribution authorizations and reseller business, where price and service determine competition.
Jabil competes with TD SYNNEX's Hyve business for customers buying hyperscale computing infrastructure. It designs, assembles and delivers systems for customers, so its work in hyperscale infrastructure is the relevant competition, not its manufacturing business as a whole.
PC Connection sourced approximately 25% of its total product purchases from TD SYNNEX in 2025, then sold technology to large enterprises, small and medium-sized businesses, government and education customers. Purchases by those customer groups feed TD SYNNEX's distribution demand; PC Connection says its cancelable order backlog is not indicative of future results.
HPE supplies servers, networking and hybrid-cloud products that TD SYNNEX distributes to resellers. Enterprise spending on that infrastructure matters to both companies.
Cisco supplies networking, security and collaboration products through TD SYNNEX to resellers. Both businesses depend on enterprise infrastructure budgets that fund those purchases.
Microsoft supplies software and cloud subscriptions that TD SYNNEX distributes through its reseller platform. Demand for those products and Microsoft's terms for selling through the channel matter to TD SYNNEX's business.
Celestica, Inc. earningsCLS
Celestica's HPS business designs data-center platforms for hyperscale customers, and its report will show the demand and competitive pressure facing TD SYNNEX's Hyve business.
Look at HPS sales alongside Celestica's account of customer demand. Growing sales with firm demand would show that customers are still buying customized server, storage and networking platforms—a market opportunity for Hyve, but also a sign that Celestica may be winning work. Weak sales could reflect softer demand or Celestica-specific execution; the takeaway is how the market and competitive pressure facing Hyve are changing, not that Celestica's result directly measures Hyve's.
PC Connection Inc earningsCNXN
PC Connection sourced about a quarter of its product purchases from TD SYNNEX in 2025, and its report will show whether IT buying by its business, government and education customers supports demand through that channel.
Look at PC Connection's product sales to business, government and education customers. Growing sales would suggest those customers' purchasing is holding up and could support PC Connection's orders to suppliers, including TD SYNNEX; weakening sales would point to softer demand through this channel. PC Connection says its backlog can be canceled, so it is not a guarantee of future sales or TD SYNNEX orders. The takeaway is the direction of demand from the customer groups this reseller serves.
Fed Interest Rate Decision
The Fed’s decision tracks the cost of borrowing across the economy; for TD SYNNEX, higher rates can raise interest on its variable-rate term loan and working-capital funding, reducing earnings.

If it comes in above expectations
Higher borrowing costs can increase interest expense on TD SYNNEX’s variable-rate term loan and working-capital financing, leaving less earnings after interest.
If it comes in below expectations
Lower borrowing costs can ease interest expense on TD SYNNEX’s variable-rate term loan and working-capital financing, leaving more earnings after interest.
Ingram Micro Holding Corporation earningsINGM
Ingram Micro and TD SYNNEX both sell IT products, software and cloud services to resellers worldwide, and its report will show the pricing and service pressures in their shared market.
Read Ingram Micro's sales alongside gross profit. If sales grow while gross profit holds up, it may be winning reseller orders through product availability, pricing, credit terms or delivery service; weaker sales or squeezed gross profit would point to tougher conditions in the shared reseller market. A strong Ingram result does not prove TD SYNNEX lost the same orders, nor does a weak one mean TD SYNNEX automatically gained them. The takeaway is whether competition in TD SYNNEX's distribution channel appears to be intensifying.
Apple Inc. earningsAAPL
Apple products generated 12% of TD SYNNEX's consolidated revenue in fiscal 2025, and Apple's report will show whether product demand and its distributor channel support this important revenue stream.
Look at Apple's product sales and any disclosed change in how it sells through distributors. Firm product demand with the distributor route continuing would support TD SYNNEX's resale stream; weaker sales or less use of distributors could put that revenue at risk. Apple's results do not disclose TD SYNNEX's own Apple sales, so the takeaway is the demand and channel risk facing this sizable supply relationship.
HP Inc. earningsHPQ
HP products generated about 10% of TD SYNNEX's revenue in fiscal 2025, and HP's report will show whether demand for PCs and printing products supports this important resale business.
Look at HP's personal-computing and printing sales. Firm sales would support the view that demand for these products is holding up and help sustain TD SYNNEX's resale business; weaker sales would put pressure on that revenue stream. HP's sales are not the same as TD SYNNEX's purchases or sell-through, so the takeaway is how much support demand for this significant product line provides.

TD SYNNEX resells IT products and solutions, and this report will show whether revenue growth is turning into more gross profit and operating income.
Read revenue alongside gross profit and operating income. If revenue grows and both profit measures rise too, reselling more is adding dollars after product costs and operating expenses; if revenue grows but profit does not keep pace, product mix, competition or the cost of serving sales may be absorbing the increase. Distribution margins are thin, and product mix can also affect how revenue is presented, so rising profit alongside revenue is a better test of whether growth is adding value than revenue alone.
