Stabilis Solutions serves North American businesses that need fuel for ships, power generation and industrial operations, including sites where pipeline gas is unavailable or inadequate. It purifies and cools natural gas into liquefied natural gas (LNG) at its own plants, supplements that output with purchases from other producers, and delivers it by truck. Customers pay mainly for LNG and delivery, with smaller revenue streams from renting equipment that stores LNG and turns it back into gas, and from engineering and on-site support.
The business depends heavily on a few customers: Carnival Corporation, Aggreko Plc and Space Exploration Technologies Corp together supplied most of its revenue in 2025. Two substantial contracts—for marine fueling and temporary remote power—ended that year. The marine customer did not renew because a suitable LNG fueling vessel compliant with the U.S. Jones Act was unavailable. Delivery distance also matters: trucking costs limit where LNG can compete with other fuels, and Stabilis passes much, but not all, of its gas and transportation costs to customers.
New contracts are not yet supplying current revenue. A data-center power contract through a remote and temporary power provider is expected to begin deliveries in 2027. Planned cruise-ship supply agreements also target a 2027 start and depend on financing and construction of the proposed Galveston LNG plant. These expansion projects require additional capital.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
Stabilis depends on concentrated LNG demand from customers including Carnival and Aggreko, each of which accounted for more than 10% of its 2025 revenue.
Space Exploration Technologies is a major buyer of Stabilis’s LNG, accounting for more than 10% of Stabilis’s 2025 revenue, so its LNG purchases matter directly to Stabilis’s sales. The company provides space transport and satellite communications services; watch its LNG buying rather than treating its overall revenue as a measure of demand for Stabilis’s fuel.
New Fortress Energy and Stabilis both benefit when power producers and industrial customers choose delivered LNG: both combine fuel supply, transport and delivery to end users, while New Fortress Energy also supplies its own power plants. Watch New Fortress Energy’s long-term customer contracts and expansion of industrial fuel sales for signs of demand for this supply-and-delivery model.
Space Exploration Technologies Corp. earningsSPCX
Space Exploration Technologies is a major Stabilis customer, so any LNG purchasing it discloses will show whether this important source of Stabilis sales is holding up.
Look for Space Exploration Technologies' disclosed LNG purchases or use; its overall revenue is not a proxy for demand for Stabilis' fuel. Stable or higher purchases would show that a customer which contributed more than 10% of Stabilis' 2025 revenue is still supporting sales. Lower purchases would expose the sales risk from relying on a few large customers, even if Space Exploration Technologies' broader business is doing well.
Fed Interest Rate Decision
Stabilis’ Fed-linked borrowing costs can change as the decision shifts interest rates, affecting how much it pays in interest on its $7.2 million AmeriState term loan when it resets after April 2026.

If it comes in above expectations
If rates rise, Stabilis may pay more interest on the AmeriState loan once its rate resets, leaving less cash for equipment and operations.
If it comes in below expectations
If rates fall, Stabilis may pay less interest on the AmeriState loan after it resets, leaving more cash for equipment and operations.
Stabilis Solutions, Inc. earningsThis company
Stabilis earns money by delivering LNG, renting equipment and providing field services, and this report will show whether those activities can support revenue without costs swallowing the gains.
Read LNG gallons delivered alongside LNG Product revenue, then check Rental and Service revenue and the share of revenue taken by costs. More gallons with steadier rental and service income, while costs do not take a larger share, would point to recovery beyond higher gas prices. If volumes and rental and service income stay weak, or revenue rises mainly with gas prices while the cost share grows, business activity and margins remain under pressure.
New Fortress Energy Inc. earningsNFE
New Fortress Energy also supplies and delivers fuel to power and industrial customers, so its long-term contracts and industrial fuel sales will show demand for the supply-and-delivery model Stabilis uses.
Read New Fortress Energy's long-term customer contracts alongside its industrial fuel sales. More contracts with rising industrial sales would show customers choosing a supply-and-delivery model that also supports the market Stabilis serves. If contracts or industrial sales stall, the evidence for that demand is weaker. This is a signal about the model, not a measure of Stabilis' own orders or customer results.
