Nano Labs supplies computing hardware that customers use to earn cryptocurrency mining rewards. Its chips and iPollo mining machines serve networks including Bitcoin, Ethereum Classic and Grin. Hardware sales provide nearly all revenue, with design and technical services contributing a small share. Sales are mainly direct, and customers generally pay in full before delivery.
Most revenue comes from customers in China, and one customer supplies more than half of revenue. Demand and selling prices depend on customers’ expected mining returns, which change with cryptocurrency prices, electricity costs and mining difficulty. Nano Labs designs its chips but outsources fabrication to two main foundries without guaranteed capacity or long-term contracts; it also relies primarily on one chip-packaging and testing provider.
Alongside hardware, Nano Labs invests in cryptocurrencies and uses BNB as its primary reserve asset. Its BNB holdings generate income through Binance Launchpool and airdrops, and it also earns income from crypto-investment products. The value of these holdings depends on cryptocurrency market prices.
China prohibits cryptocurrency mining and restricts related activities, limiting the company’s ability to expand or serve customers there. Its ability to hold and trade BNB is also subject to evolving laws and regulatory interpretations.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
Nano Labs’ earnings now depend heavily on BNB prices and the Binance ecosystem, including Launchpool and airdrop income, alongside demand for cryptocurrency-mining hardware.
Intchains and Nano Labs compete to sell miners machines built around specialized mining chips, so buyers’ expected mining returns matter to both. Intchains’ product revenue comes entirely from altcoin mining machines, making that revenue a useful gauge of miners’ equipment spending.
BTC Digital Ltd. resells mining machines to buyers who could choose Nano Labs’ Bitcoin equipment, and also mines Bitcoin itself, tying both businesses to expected mining profitability. Watch its machine-resale revenue for a read on equipment spending, rather than treating its own Bitcoin mining revenue as the same business.
Coinbase Global and Nano Labs are both sensitive to crypto-market conditions and regulation, but Coinbase collects fees from customers trading crypto while Nano Labs holds BNB and sells mining hardware. Watch Coinbase’s consumer transaction-fee revenue for trading activity and regulatory news for risks to Nano Labs’ ability to hold or transfer BNB.
Fed Interest Rate Decision
The Fed’s decision signals whether borrowing costs across the economy are rising or falling, which can affect interest expense on Nano Labs’ bank debt and cash left for its operations.

If it comes in above expectations
If the Fed sets a higher rate than expected, rising borrowing costs could increase interest expense on debt that reprices or on new loans, leaving Nano Labs less cash for operations.
If it comes in below expectations
If the Fed sets a lower rate than expected, cheaper borrowing could reduce interest costs on debt that reprices or new loans, leaving Nano Labs more cash for operations.
Intchains Group Limited earningsICG
Intchains’ report will show whether miners are still buying altcoin machines, a read on demand for Nano Labs’ ETC and Grin machines.
Read Intchains’ product revenue, which comes entirely from altcoin mining machines. Stable or rising revenue would suggest expected mining returns still support equipment purchases, lending support to demand for Nano Labs’ related machines; falling revenue would point to weaker equipment spending and more pressure on Nano Labs’ sales and pricing.
