Inspired Entertainment, Inc.’s largest business supplies gaming terminals, software and games to betting shops, casinos and gaming halls. It also supplies and operates gaming and amusement machines in pubs and bingo halls. Together, these land-based businesses bring in most of its revenue. Operators pay Inspired a share of machine gaming revenue or fixed rental fees, and can also buy terminals outright. Customers include William Hill, Betfred and JD Wetherspoon.
Online operators offer Inspired’s slot and casino games through its Virgo Remote Gaming System, directly or through content aggregators. Inspired earns a share of the gaming revenue attributable to its games. Its Virtual Sports business supplies computer-simulated sporting events that customers can take bets on without waiting for live matches, also mainly earning revenue shares.
Most revenue recurs under long-term contracts, so receipts depend on operators retaining players and renewing agreements. A relatively small group of customers supplies a significant part of revenue, particularly in Virtual Sports, though no single customer dominates. Most revenue comes from UK-headquartered customers, including their operations elsewhere. Inspired’s products need local gaming licenses and technical approvals, and its customers must remain licensed. Gaming taxes also reduce the revenue pool shared under many contracts.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
Inspired depends heavily on UK machine wagering and gambling taxes, so watch William Hill’s terminal deployment and online customers Flutter and Entain—important ties missing from this list.
DraftKings is a key customer that offers Inspired’s online casino games to its players and pays Inspired a share of those games’ net gaming revenue. Watch wagering on Inspired’s games, rather than DraftKings’ sports betting results, for the direct link to Inspired’s royalties.
Caesars offers Inspired’s online casino content to its players, giving Inspired a share of the net gaming revenue those games generate. Watch Caesars Palace Wheel of Wins, Inspired’s Hybrid Dealer game rolled out in Michigan and Ontario after its New Jersey launch, as a concrete sign of that content’s distribution.
Rush Street Interactive offers Inspired’s casino games to players on its online service, and Inspired earns a share of what the operator retains from those games after winnings, promotions and gambling taxes or levies. Its net gaming revenue from Inspired titles—not all of its online casino and sports betting revenue—is the direct driver of those fees.
Rush Street Interactive, Inc. earningsRSI
Rush Street Interactive’s report can show the net gaming revenue its players generate on Inspired Entertainment casino games, the direct basis for Inspired’s revenue share.
Look for net gaming revenue from Inspired’s titles on Rush Street Interactive’s service, not the operator’s total online casino or sports betting revenue. Growth in that figure means more revenue is available to share on those games; a flat or falling figure means overall growth at Rush Street Interactive may not increase Inspired’s royalties.

Inspired Entertainment’s report will show whether growth in Interactive can offset pressure on Virtual Sports and support operating contribution across its businesses.
Read Interactive revenue alongside its Adjusted EBITDA, a segment measure of operating contribution that excludes certain items, and compare both with Virtual Sports revenue. Interactive growth accompanied by higher Adjusted EBITDA, with Virtual Sports revenue stabilizing, would show online games are filling the gap; slower Interactive growth or another Virtual Sports decline would show that growth is not yet overcoming pressure from customer volumes and market levies.
