Hub Cyber Security Ltd. helps organizations secure their IT systems and carry out software and engineering projects. Customers pay Comsec to assess cyber risks, improve defenses and respond to breaches; QPoint develops and tests software; and ALD supports the quality, safety and reliability of complex engineering projects. These Professional Services activities generate most revenue. Customers include large enterprises, defense organizations and government agencies, with QPoint serving Rafael Advanced Defense Systems and Israel’s Ministry of Defense.
Most revenue comes from Israel, and financial-services customers contribute a significant share. The business depends on customers renewing work and buying additional services, and on retaining qualified technical staff. Hub previously aimed to make secured data fabric and confidential-computing products its main revenue source, but those offerings brought in little revenue and have since shut down.
Hub needs continuing outside funding to operate and has failed to meet debt and other payment obligations. Insolvency motions have been filed against Hub and Comsec, and continued operations depend on obtaining financing and resolving obligations. Privacy rules also constrain where it can store and process personal data; Hub says its limited resources leave it unable to adequately maintain all required legal and contractual compliance.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
HUB’s results hinge chiefly on Israeli enterprise and government demand for professional services and its liquidity restructuring, rather than its discontinued confidential-computing and secured data fabric products.
IBM competes for the enterprise spending that pays for HUB’s cybersecurity consulting: IBM sells consulting and enterprise technology, while HUB’s Comsec helps clients assess security risks and meet compliance requirements. Watch IBM’s expansion in cloud-based governance, risk and compliance offerings for pressure on Comsec’s work for banks, insurers and other enterprises.
Fortinet sells security products to enterprises while HUB provides cybersecurity services, so both depend on enterprise security spending; Fortinet also supplied a HUB affiliate whose unpaid bills HUB guaranteed. Its October 2025 lawsuit alleges more than US$3 million in unpaid invoices, making settlement news a direct concern for HUB’s payment obligations; HUB recorded the full claim, including interest, in payables.
Microsoft’s enterprise security and cloud governance offerings compete for the customer budgets that fund HUB’s cybersecurity consulting and managed services. Watch Microsoft’s expansion in cloud-based governance, risk and compliance: HUB warns that clients choosing technology firms over consultancies could reduce demand and put pressure on its prices.
International Business Machines Corporation earningsIBM
IBM’s report will show enterprise demand for cloud-based governance, risk and compliance technology, a budget pool that also supports HUB’s Comsec cybersecurity consulting.
Look at IBM’s enterprise-services demand and whether it is expanding cloud-based governance, risk and compliance offerings. Strong demand and expansion would show that enterprise budgets remain active, while IBM’s tools reach further into work Comsec pursues; weaker demand or stalled expansion would mean less evidence of that competitive pressure, not proof that HUB’s consulting demand is rising.
Fortinet, Inc. earningsFTNT
Fortinet’s report will show enterprise demand for security products, a read-through on spending that supports HUB’s cybersecurity services; separately, HUB guaranteed and recorded a payable tied to Fortinet’s claim.
Watch Fortinet’s enterprise security-product demand. Resilient demand would show that companies are still funding security, supporting the spending backdrop for HUB’s services; weaker demand would point to possible pressure on that shared budget pool. Fortinet’s claim over unpaid bills from a HUB affiliate is separate: this report alone cannot show that the claim is settled or change the payable HUB has recorded.
