FGI Industries Ltd. supplies products for home repairs and remodeling, with toilets, sinks and related sanitaryware generating most of its revenue. It also sells bathroom furniture, shower systems and custom kitchen cabinets. The United States is its main market, followed by Canada and Europe. Retailers and wholesalers provide most sales, buying products to resell to homeowners and building professionals.
FGI designs products itself or with customers and suppliers, then sources most production from Foremost-owned facilities and third-party manufacturers in China and Southeast Asia. Most products carry customers’ brands, including The Home Depot’s Glacier Bay and Ferguson’s ProFlo; FGI also sells its own brands, such as Foremost and Jetcoat.
The business depends on renovation demand and orders from a relatively small group of major customers, which together generate most sales. Supply also leans heavily on Tangshan Huida Ceramic Group Co., Ltd. (Huida), which provides most sanitaryware and accounts for most total purchases. Products must meet applicable quality and building-code requirements, particularly standards relating to water use and preventing leaks.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
FGI’s results also hinge on Tangshan Huida Ceramic Group, which supplies most of its sanitaryware and accounted for 58.1% of its purchases in 2025.
Masco’s Delta bath and shower fixtures compete with FGI’s bathroom products for home-improvement buyers. Watch Masco’s Plumbing Products results for signs of competition facing FGI’s toilets, sinks and shower systems, rather than its paint business.
Home Depot is a paying customer for FGI’s kitchen and bath products, including those it resells under its own Glacier Bay brand. Its kitchen and bath sales to consumers and professional customers are the business to watch for clues to demand for FGI’s products.
Housing Starts (Sep)
For FGI, new-home construction readings track building activity and home sales, which can change builders’ and distributors’ purchases of its sanitaryware, shower systems, bath furniture and kitchen products.
Expected1.31MLast release1.275M
If it comes in above expectations
If the reading is above the 1.31M estimate, it is above the previous 1.275M. More building activity can bring builders and commercial distributors more projects to supply, potentially increasing orders for FGI’s bath and kitchen products, though new construction is a smaller part of its business than repair and remodeling.
If it comes in below expectations
Less building activity can leave builders and commercial distributors with fewer projects and reduce orders for FGI’s bath and kitchen products, although repair-and-remodel demand remains the larger business driver.
Masco Corporation earningsMAS
Masco sells competing bath fixtures, and its Plumbing Products results will show how demand is holding up among home-improvement buyers both Masco and FGI serve.
Focus on Masco’s Plumbing Products, not its paint business. Resilient results would suggest home-improvement buyers are still purchasing bath products in categories shared with FGI, supporting the demand backdrop; weaker results would point to pressure among those buyers and a tougher market for FGI’s toilets, sinks and shower systems.
Fed Interest Rate Decision
For FGI, interest-rate decisions track the cost of borrowing across the economy, affecting what it pays on floating-rate credit and whether customers can finance remodeling and construction purchases.
Expected4.0%Last release4.0%
If it comes in above expectations
Higher rates can raise FGI’s interest expense on borrowing that reprices, while tighter credit may lead retailers, distributors and dealers to see fewer remodeling and construction orders for its bath and kitchen products.
If it comes in below expectations
Lower rates can ease the cost of FGI’s repricing borrowings and make financing more accessible, potentially supporting customer orders for its bath and kitchen products for remodeling and construction.
FGI Industries Ltd. earningsThis company
FGI Industries Ltd. relies on sanitaryware for most of its sales, and this report will show whether demand holds up and cabinetry can offset weakness in other bath products.
Read sanitaryware sales alongside cabinetry sales. Stable sanitaryware with continued cabinetry growth would show support from FGI’s core line and added sales from its expanding dealer network; falling sanitaryware without enough cabinetry growth to offset it would show the newer business cannot yet make up for pressure on the main line.
