Elong Power supplies lithium-battery products for storing electricity, with most revenue coming from battery trading rather than manufacturing. It sold its former battery-manufacturing business in March 2026. For complete storage systems, it directs outside manufacturers, checks component quality and uses a third party for final assembly; it also relies on partners for the battery-management technologies it integrates.
Its reported revenue comes entirely from China. Domestic sales mainly target grid companies directly, while its overseas strategy targets homes and commercial and industrial users through sales partners. These overseas markets are targets, not an established source of reported revenue.
The business depends heavily on a small customer and supplier base: one unnamed customer supplies most sales, and one unnamed supplier supplies most finished-goods purchases. Keeping those relationships and coordinating product quality and delivery are central to its business. Chinese currency-conversion and remittance rules also restrict its ability to move cash generated in China overseas.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
Energy Vault competes with Elong’s grid-side storage offering by supplying and integrating battery equipment for storage-project customers. Watch its customer-project equipment deliveries and integration work, rather than its growing business owning and operating storage assets.
Eos Energy Enterprises sells battery storage systems to utility and commercial customers that can choose the kinds of systems Elong markets, though their battery technologies and geographic focus differ. Its utility and commercial storage sales are the comparison to watch, with Eos focused mainly on North America and Elong targeting overseas residential and commercial storage and China’s grid-side market.
Microvast competes with Elong through its lithium-ion storage systems, but it also supplies batteries to commercial-vehicle manufacturers. Its storage products are the closer comparison for Elong, which sold its former battery-manufacturing subsidiaries in March 2026 and now relies on manufacturing partners.
SES AI competes with Elong by selling storage hardware combined with software that monitors battery health and safety, overlapping with Elong’s partner-sourced systems and integrated battery management. Watch its Molecular Universe-powered storage software: SES AI develops that platform itself, whereas Elong relies on partners’ technologies.
EnerSys competes with Elong’s commercial and grid-side storage systems by selling utility storage and systems that help commercial customers reduce demand charges or provide utility backup power. Watch those products in its Energy Systems and New Ventures businesses, rather than its batteries for industrial vehicles or specialty uses.

Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc.’s report will show whether utility and commercial customers are buying battery-storage systems, a demand signal for markets Elong Power also serves, though Eos mainly focuses on North America.
Focus on Eos’s utility and commercial storage sales. If they grow, North American customers are buying these systems, a positive demand signal for the storage market Elong Power serves, but not proof that demand is also rising among Chinese grid-side or Elong Power’s overseas customers. If sales fall, the cause could be weaker demand or Eos-specific execution; it would point to broader pressure on Elong Power only if similar signs appeared in the markets Elong Power serves.
