Company

Company overview

Sprinklr, Inc. helps large enterprises manage customer conversations and feedback across phone, digital and social channels. Service teams use Sprinklr Service to handle customer support, while marketing teams use Sprinklr Social and Sprinklr Marketing to manage social accounts and campaigns. Sprinklr Insights analyzes consumer feedback. These products share customer context on one platform, with AI integrated across it.

Enterprises pay subscriptions for platform access and support, which provide the substantial majority of revenue. Sprinklr also earns a smaller share from configuring the platform and providing implementation and managed services. It sells mainly through its own sales force. The business depends on customers renewing subscriptions and buying more licenses or additional products; difficulties implementing some larger cloud contact-center projects have caused customer dissatisfaction and losses.

Its social-listening tools depend on data access from X, Meta and Snap. In particular, losing or reducing access under its agreement with X could limit the insights it provides. Privacy rules can restrict cross-border data transfers, while privacy and AI obligations can limit how it trains and uses AI.

Sprinklr’s results hinge on enterprise customer-service and social-marketing software budgets, with Hootsuite and Khoros important social-management rivals to watch outside this list.

  • Sprout Social competes with Sprinklr for brands’ spending on software to manage social media and track online conversations. Its revenue growth is a useful reference for this market, though its reported revenue covers the whole company.

  • Five9 competes with Sprinklr for businesses’ spending on cloud software that handles customer service across voice and digital channels. Watch its AI Agents and Agent Assist offerings: they address the same customer-service work that Sprinklr Service targets.

  • Salesforce competes with Sprinklr for enterprise customer-service and marketing software spending through its Service Cloud and marketing applications.

  • Freshworks’ Freshdesk suite competes with Sprinklr Service for businesses’ customer-support software purchases, including at larger companies. Customers with more than 250 employees generated over 60% of Freshworks’ annual recurring revenue as of December 31, 2025, making that customer group worth watching.

  • ServiceNow competes with Sprinklr for enterprise spending on customer-service software that links customer interactions to AI-enabled workflows. Watch its CRM and Industry products, which connect customer service with sales, field service and order management.

  • Adobe’s Digital Experience applications compete with Sprinklr Marketing and Insights for enterprise budgets to coordinate campaigns, manage content and analyze customers. Digital Experience, rather than Adobe’s creative-software business, is the part to watch for this rivalry.

  • Braze competes with Sprinklr for brands’ spending on software that coordinates customer engagement and marketing across digital channels. Watch customers adding channels and sending more messages: Braze’s subscription pricing depends largely on consumers reached and messages sent.

  • HubSpot competes with Sprinklr for businesses’ marketing and customer-service software spending, though Sprinklr focuses more heavily on top-tier enterprises. HubSpot’s paid marketing and service Hubs are the relevant offerings to watch, rather than treating all of its platform activity as a direct comparison.
