Company overview

Core AI Holdings’ operating business is Core Gaming, which publishes casual mobile games developed in-house or with outside developers. Advertisers pay to reach the games’ players through advertising platforms such as AppLovin and Google. Core Gaming integrates these platforms into its games and receives fees tied to ad views, clicks or downloads, sharing revenue with developers of partner games. In-game advertising is its main source of revenue.

The business depends on attracting and retaining players: their activity determines how much advertising the games can carry and what advertisers will pay. A small group of games supplies a significant share of revenue, and distribution depends heavily on platforms including the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Platform rules and privacy laws limit how it can use player data to target and measure ads. Its Hong Kong operating subsidiary, Newbyera, also relies on Moremo for contractors who carry out much of the work.

Core AI Holdings is separately pursuing data centers for high-performance computing and AI through joint ventures. Partners would bring potential projects, while the company would seek financing; completed centers would be operated by the ventures or sold ready for use. This remains a planned business with no operating history. No projects had been submitted for approval and no financing commitments had been secured.

  • Core Gaming’s game-ad revenue depends in part on AppLovin, which charges advertisers to reach mobile users and pays Core Gaming for ads shown in its games. Watch AppLovin’s Axon Ads Manager revenue for a signal of advertiser demand that also matters to Core Gaming’s earnings from game audiences.

  • Google pays Core Gaming to display advertisers’ ads in its games, so Google’s rules affect whether Core AI Holdings can recognize that revenue. Watch Google’s H5 business policies and account supervision: policy-related account suspensions left Core AI Holdings unable to recognize the associated revenue in 2025 even though costs had already been incurred.

  • Core Gaming relies on licensed Unity Software tools to build its mobile games, which earn money from in-game advertising. Unity sells game-development tools to creators; changes to license-renewal terms or support for platforms carrying Core Gaming’s games could hurt that business.

  • Meta Platforms and Core Gaming both depend on advertisers paying to reach users: Meta sells ad space across its apps and third-party properties, while Core Gaming earns fees from ads in its mobile games. Meta’s Family of Apps advertising revenue is a useful gauge of the digital-ad demand that also matters to Core Gaming.
