Armlogi Holding Corp. helps merchants get goods into the United States, store them and fulfill online orders. Most revenue comes from China-based cross-border e-commerce merchants selling to U.S. shoppers; it also serves U.S. merchants. It arranges international transport and customs clearance, manages inventory in leased U.S. warehouses, and prepares orders for delivery.
Transportation brings in the most revenue: Armlogi buys transport services from third-party carriers and resells them to customers. Warehousing is the other major revenue source, with merchants paying for storage and inventory management. Armlogi has no delivery fleet of its own and relies on providers such as FedEx and UPS to deliver orders.
Its five largest customers supply most of its revenue, led by Goldensee Ltd. and Aukey International Limited. Demand depends heavily on Chinese merchants continuing to sell into the U.S.; tariffs can raise their import costs and discourage that activity. Collecting payment also depends on those customers being able to send money abroad under China's currency-conversion and remittance controls.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
Armlogi depends heavily on its concentrated customer base of mainland Chinese merchants: Goldensee and Aukey together accounted for 36.2% of fiscal 2026 revenue.
FedEx's delivery rates and service availability matter to Armlogi, which buys shipping directly and through intermediaries and resells it to merchant customers. Watch FedEx's shipping discounts, which depend on Armlogi's actual shipping activity: lower freight costs were the main reason Armlogi's gross margin improved in fiscal 2026.
Amazon competes for merchants' spending on storing and shipping orders through Fulfillment by Amazon, and shifts toward its warehouses have reduced Armlogi's transportation revenue. Watch merchants' delivery choices: bulk shipments to platform warehouses, including Amazon's, and more customers arranging their own delivery contributed to Armlogi's 14.5% transportation-revenue decline in the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026.
Massimo Group brings vehicle, parts and equipment distribution demand to Armlogi through five U.S. distribution centers opened under their partnership. For this seller of utility and recreational vehicles, watch whether the centers lower UTV and ATV delivery costs and improve parts and equipment delivery; Massimo cautions that they may not increase sales.

FedEx's report can signal carrier pricing and service conditions, which shape Armlogi's costs when it resells transportation to merchants.
Watch FedEx's shipping discounts and service availability, then compare them with Armlogi's transportation revenue and gross profit. Lower shipping costs with reliable service would help Armlogi buy and resell transportation at less cost, easing pressure on its already thin margin; higher costs or constrained capacity would make that margin harder to protect. FedEx is not Armlogi's only shipping source, and some capacity comes through intermediaries, so its report signals the cost environment rather than directly measuring Armlogi's own costs.

Amazon's report can show how merchants use its platform warehousing and delivery, which competes with Armlogi's transportation and warehousing services.
Look for Amazon's disclosures on use of its platform warehousing and fulfillment services, alongside Armlogi's transportation and warehousing revenue. If merchants send more goods in bulk to Amazon warehouses and use its fulfillment, that fits the shift associated with Armlogi's falling transportation revenue and may leave it less shipping work; if Amazon's related services weaken, demand for outside logistics may have more support, but that does not mean Armlogi will win the business. Amazon's overall results cannot reveal Armlogi customers' choices directly, so its own revenue mix remains the test.

Armlogi's report will show whether growing warehousing revenue can offset falling transportation revenue and improve the logistics company's profitability.
Read transportation and warehousing revenue alongside gross profit. Falling transportation revenue with growing warehousing revenue and better gross profit would show the shift toward warehousing and lower freight costs is easing pressure; if warehouse growth is too small and gross profit stays near zero or worsens, the mix shift is not yet producing meaningful improvement. Also check whether operating cash flow remains negative: if revenue and gross profit do not improve while cash keeps flowing out, Armlogi's funding pressure remains harder to relieve.
