AMC Robotics Corporation sells YI security cameras, including the Dome Guard, Home Camera and Outdoor Camera, to households and small businesses through e-commerce platforms in the United States, Canada and Europe. It does not manufacture the hardware: it sources all physical products from related-party suppliers, with Senslab HK Limited supplying all inventory purchases in the latest reported year.
Service revenue sharing contributes more revenue than hardware sales. When camera buyers pay related-party partner Kami for cloud video storage, image analysis and alerts, AMC receives a contractual share of those payments. It also shares in revenue Kami earns from third-party platforms through intelligent information services. Kami, rather than AMC, provides these services. Kami supplies a substantial portion of AMC’s revenue, so the business depends on that relationship and continued subscriber payments and usage. AMC does not control subscriber contracts, and either party can end the revenue-sharing agreement on short notice.
Almost all products use the Yi brand under permission from Shanghai Xiaoyi Technology Co., Ltd. That permission covers online sales through October 22, 2026; an extension is not assured. Despite its name, AMC’s current business centers on cameras and partner-service revenue. It plans to shift gradually toward developing and deploying autonomous robotic systems and intelligent security solutions.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
AMC depends heavily on related-party Kami: cloud-service revenue sharing supplied approximately 48% of AMC’s 2025 revenue under an agreement terminable on 30 days’ notice.
Alarm.com competes with AMC for home and small-business security-camera customers, but pairs its hardware with subscriptions sold and supported by service-provider partners that pay it monthly fees. AMC mainly sells cameras rather than subscriptions directly to users, so Alarm.com’s camera sales to partners and distributors are the closer comparison.
Amazon is both a sales platform for AMC and a rival selling Blink and Ring cameras to home-security customers. For AMC holders, news about those cameras is more directly relevant to competition than Amazon’s overall retail results.
Alphabet competes with AMC’s home security cameras through Google Nest, but that overlap is only a small part of Alphabet’s business. Google Services earns most of its revenue from advertisers, so Nest product news is a more direct guide to AMC’s competition than those advertising results.

Alarm.com’s report will show whether service providers and distributors are buying its cameras, a read on demand for the home and small-business security customers AMC Robotics also serves.
Watch Alarm.com’s camera sales to service-provider partners and distributors. Steady sales would show that professional channels are still buying security hardware, supporting demand for AMC’s cameras; weaker sales would suggest those channels are cooling, making AMC’s hardware sales harder to sustain.
Retail Sales MoM (Oct)
Retail sales track how much consumers spend, which can affect demand for AMC Robotics’ cameras sold through e-commerce and, in turn, the customers available to Kami’s cloud services that generate revenue shares for AMC.
Stronger consumer spending would support demand for AMC Robotics’ e-commerce cameras and may expand the user base tied to Kami services; weaker spending could restrain camera purchases and related service revenue shares.
