AI Limitations Transparency

Our AI systems use statistical models and AI algorithms to analyze market data. These models have inherent limitations, including dependence on historical patterns that may not repeat in the future. Our systems cannot predict unforeseen market events, such as company-specific news, policy changes, or global crises.

Non-Investment Advice Statement

We cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data provided by third-party sources. Market data may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable from time to time.

API Restrictions

Our ability to provide certain features may be limited by restrictions imposed by third-party API providers. Changes to third-party APIs may affect the availability or functionality of our Services.

Rate Limitations

Data Provider Changes

a. Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form and to update such information to keep it accurate.

b. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches of your account.

c. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Company. You also have the right to terminate your account at any time by contacting us via email, and we will process your account termination request in a timely manner.

a. Service Tiers

We offer multiple service tiers:

• Free Tier: Basic access to our Services with limited features.
• Pro/Premium Tiers: Enhanced features and capabilities available through paid subscriptions.

b. Subscription Management

Upgrades

When you upgrade to a higher-tier subscription plan, the change takes effect immediately. You will be charged a pro-rated amount for the difference between your current plan and the new plan for the remainder of your current billing period. Your next billing cycle will reflect the full price of your new plan.

Downgrades

• You will continue to have access to your current premium features until the end of your current billing period.
• The downgrade will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle.
• No refunds or credits will be issued for the unused portion of your subscription period.
• Your account will automatically transition to the selected lower tier when your current billing period ends.

c. Billing Cycles

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle you selected (monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you downgrade to the free tier before the renewal date.

d. No Refund Policy

All payments made for the Services are non-refundable. This no-refund policy applies in all circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Downgrading to a lower tier or free tier before the end of your billing period.
• Account termination or deletion.
• Discontinued use of the Services.
• Service disruptions or changes.
• Any other reason.

When you downgrade your subscription, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing period, but you will not receive a refund for any portion of the unused subscription period.

Compliance

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Fraudulent Activities

Use the Services for fraudulent purposes or unauthorized transactions.

Disruption

Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.

Intellectual Property

Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

Misuse

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

Content Violations

Upload, post, or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Reverse Engineering

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our Services.

Market Manipulation Prohibition

You must not use our AI tools or analyses to attempt to engage in any form of market manipulation, insider trading, or activities that violate securities laws. This includes, but is not limited to, using our Services to coordinate trading activities or disseminate false information to influence market prices.

Excessive Reliance Prohibition

You must not rely solely on our AI analyses as the exclusive basis for your investment decisions. You must understand and acknowledge that our tools are decision support systems, not substitutes for professional financial advice or independent research.

a. Ownership

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and data, are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

b. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes.

c. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the Services.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Services.
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels from the Services.
• Use the Services for any unauthorized commercial purpose.

a. Ownership of Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display such content within the Services.

b. Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for all User Content that you upload, post, or otherwise transmit through the Services. You agree not to upload or transmit any User Content that:

• Infringes any third party's intellectual property rights.
• Contains defamatory, obscene, or unlawful material.
• Contains viruses or other harmful components.

a. AI Functionality

Our Services utilize artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to analyze data, generate insights, and provide predictive analytics. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and reliability of these AI-driven features, we do not guarantee their performance or results.

b. User Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Personal Analysis Responsibility: The selection of specific stocks, securities, or sectors to follow through our platform is solely at your discretion and does not constitute a recommendation from us to invest in those securities.
• Supplementary Information: AI-generated insights are intended to supplement, not replace, your own financial judgment or professional advice.
• No Guarantees: The Company does not guarantee any specific outcomes based on AI-generated insights. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
• Algorithmic Limitations: AI algorithms are based on historical data and programmed parameters, which may not account for unforeseen market conditions or events.
• Performance Attribution: Our AI model performance may vary according to market conditions. In some periods, our analyses may align closely with market movements, while in others they may diverge significantly. You should not evaluate the overall effectiveness of AI tools based on short-term performance assessments.
• Model Updates and Changes: We regularly update and modify our AI models and algorithms. These changes may result in significant shifts in analytical approaches and may alter the types of insights provided. You should understand that previously observed analytical patterns may not continue in future model iterations.

c. Transparency and Control

We strive to maintain transparency regarding how our AI systems operate. Users have the right to:

• Understand AI Usage: Access information about how AI is used within our Services.
• Opt-Out: Opt-out of specific AI-driven features where applicable, subject to service availability.
• Algorithm Decision Basis: We are committed to explaining, within reasonable limits, how our AI systems derive their analytical conclusions. However, due to technical complexity, we may not be able to provide complete explanations for certain AI decisions, particularly those involving complex deep learning models.

a. Negotiation

In the event of any dispute, claim, question, or disagreement arising from or relating to these Terms or the breach thereof, the parties shall use their best efforts to settle the dispute by negotiation.

b. Arbitration

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Wyoming, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.

c. Waiver of Jury Trial

By agreeing to arbitration, you and the Company waive any right to a jury trial.
