Zeta Global Holdings Corp. helps businesses identify consumers they want to reach and run marketing campaigns aimed at them. Its Zeta Marketing Platform (ZMP) combines consumer information with customers’ own data to predict interests and personalize marketing. Customers can organize that data through Zeta CDP+, automate messages and campaigns with Zeta Messaging, and place paid advertising through Zeta’s DSP. Its Zeta SuperGraph connects identities and relationships across different data sources.
Businesses and marketing agencies pay for platform subscriptions, usage and related professional services. Usage-based fees supply a substantial part of revenue, so customer activity matters alongside renewals. Most revenue comes from high-spending customers, and a small group contributes a large share, including one customer with a significant contribution. Many contracts do not require minimum usage, leaving revenue dependent on customers continuing to direct marketing spending through Zeta.
The platform also depends on access to consumer data from Zeta’s own sources, partners and third-party suppliers. Browser and mobile-system tracking restrictions can limit that access. Privacy laws require Zeta to honor applicable deletion and opt-out requests, while consent requirements restrict certain marketing calls and texts.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
Braze, Inc. competes with Zeta for brands’ spending on software that uses customer data to personalize messages, and both earn more as messaging usage expands. Watch Braze customers’ spending on reaching more consumers and sending more messages for a read on demand for services like Zeta Messaging.
Salesforce competes for the enterprise marketing budgets that fund Zeta’s messaging, campaign automation and customer-data management products, offering Marketing Cloud and customer-data products of its own.
HubSpot competes with Zeta for businesses’ spending on attracting and engaging customers: its marketing and engagement Hubs overlap with Zeta’s campaign-automation offering. Adoption of HubSpot’s paid Hubs is worth watching for competition over that spending.
Alphabet’s Google competes with Zeta for advertisers’ campaign budgets, selling audience-targeted ads while Zeta helps advertisers place paid media through its DSP. Watch Google Services’ performance and brand advertising revenue, rather than Alphabet’s cloud business, for the relevant competition.
Amplitude, Inc. and Zeta both depend on businesses investing in better customer conversion and retention: Amplitude sells subscriptions to analyze behavior in digital products, while Zeta sells software that uses consumer signals to personalize marketing. Customers expanding their use of Amplitude offers a read on willingness to spend on those goals.
Alphabet Inc. earningsGOOG
Google’s ad business and Zeta’s DSP both compete for advertisers’ paid-media budgets, so Alphabet’s report will show how strong that pool of spending—and the competition for it—is.
Watch Google Services performance and brand advertising revenue. Strength in both would show that advertisers are still spending on paid media, supporting the pool Zeta’s DSP can address, while also showing a strong rival attracting that spend. Weakness would mean a less supportive pool for Zeta; it would not prove that Zeta is gaining share.
Fed Interest Rate Decision
The Fed’s policy rate—the benchmark that influences borrowing costs—matters to Zeta Global because rates affect what it pays on variable-rate debt and on new borrowing.

If it comes in above expectations
If the rate is higher than expected, higher borrowing costs may increase the interest Zeta Global pays on debt that reprices, leaving less of its business cash for other needs.
If it comes in below expectations
If the rate is lower than expected, cheaper borrowing may reduce the interest Zeta Global pays as its debt reprices, leaving more cash for other business needs.
Zeta Global Holdings Corp. earningsThis company
Zeta Global earns subscription and usage fees from its platform, so this report will show whether existing customers expanding their use is still driving revenue growth.
Read net revenue retention alongside the number of scaled customers and revenue per scaled customer. Retention measures revenue from the same customers, excluding political and advocacy customers. Rising retention, a larger scaled-customer base and higher revenue per customer would show that existing customers are staying and expanding their use; weaker readings would mean that expansion is contributing less, even if total revenue grows, leaving growth more dependent on new customers or acquisitions.
HUBSPOT, INC. earningsHUBS
HubSpot and Zeta both sell businesses software to attract and engage customers, so adoption of HubSpot’s paid products will show whether businesses are still spending on these tools.
Watch adoption of HubSpot’s paid Hubs. Greater adoption would show that businesses are still paying for software to attract and engage customers, but HubSpot is also competing for marketing budgets that could go to Zeta. Slower adoption would point to softer demand for these tools, not prove that customers are switching to Zeta.
Braze, Inc. earningsBRZE
Braze and Zeta both earn revenue from brands using personalized messaging software, so Braze customers’ spending on reaching consumers and sending messages will show demand for these services.
Read Braze customers’ spending to reach more consumers alongside spending on sending more messages. If both rise, brands are expanding their use of messaging, supporting demand for Zeta Messaging while also bringing more revenue to a direct competitor. If both weaken, brands may be cutting reach or message volume, leaving demand for Zeta’s service less supportive.
