Company

Company overview

YSX Tech’s operating companies help Chinese insurers and insurance brokerages deliver services to their auto insurance policyholders. They arrange outside vendors rather than perform the work themselves. Driving-risk screening supplies most revenue; other services include vehicle inspections, maintenance and roadside assistance. Customers submit orders through Driver’s Suite, which tracks service codes and completion. The operating companies advance money to vendors, verify completed work, settle vendor fees and bill the insurance customers.

The business is concentrated in Guangdong and depends heavily on a handful of customers and vendors. Guangzhou Dayong Insurance Agency Co., Ltd. (Dayong), a related-party customer, supplies a substantial share of revenue. Customer framework agreements generally guarantee no order volume, so revenue depends on continued orders and contract renewals, while delivery depends on outside vendors.

YSX Tech is a Cayman Islands holding company that controls its Chinese operating businesses through contracts rather than controlling equity ownership. Those arrangements depend on enforceability under Chinese law. Chinese dividend and foreign-exchange rules also restrict how operating funds can reach the holding company.

YSX’s results hinge on concentrated Chinese insurance-sector orders and subcontractor costs, making related-party customer Guangzhou Dayong Insurance Agency—27.5% of fiscal 2026 revenue and a source of substantial receivables—the customer to watch.

  • SunCar competes with YSX for Chinese insurance-sector clients’ spending on services for policyholders: both arrange automotive services delivered by outside providers rather than doing the work themselves.
