LQR House owns and manages the CWS Platform, where U.S. consumers order alcohol products. Product orders account for most of its revenue, but LQR House does not itself sell alcohol to consumers in the United States or distribute it. CWS sells the products; KBROS buys inventory, delivers orders and handles returns. LQR House manages the website and digital marketing and commits funding for KBROS to purchase inventory.
It also owns SWOL Tequila. Casa Cava de Oro produces the tequila in Mexico, and LQR House sells it to CWS before importation. Rilo Import & Export handles importation in cooperation with CWS; LQR House receives payments from CWS and pays a portion to the producer and importer. Smaller revenue sources include monthly fees from outside alcohol brands for campaigns that direct shoppers to CWS, and subscriptions paid by consumers for the Vault membership program.
The business depends heavily on CWS and its affiliated fulfillment partner, KBROS. Its revenue is closely tied to the CWS relationship, and it has no alternative distribution arrangements. CWS must retain its alcohol licenses and cannot sell directly to consumers in certain states. SWOL also depends on a single Mexican producer.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
LQR House's results depend on winning orders through the CWS Platform, fulfillment by KBROS and Country Wine & Spirits, and access to financing—not just broad demand for spirits.
AMASS Brands Inc. sells Calirosa Tequila and other premium alcohol brands to the same U.S. consumers LQR House targets with SWOL and its CWS Platform. Watch AMASS's decision to deprioritize spirits in the near term in 2026 for how it changes competition for those buyers.
Diageo competes for consumers' spirits spending with Don Julio and its broader portfolio, against SWOL and the brands LQR House markets through the CWS Platform. Don Julio's performance is the part to watch for competition facing SWOL, rather than Diageo's combined spirits and beer business worldwide.
Brown-Forman makes and sells tequila and other spirits that compete for the consumer purchases LQR House seeks through SWOL and the CWS Platform. Its U.S. sales are the more relevant line to watch for that market: the United States accounted for 42% of reported net sales in fiscal 2026.

AMASS Brands' report will show how its spirits appeal to U.S. consumers who are also in reach of SWOL and the CWS Platform.
If the report breaks out spirits sales, read them alongside management's explanation of its business priorities. Steady spirits sales despite less emphasis would mean AMASS Brands remains a strong competitor for these buyers. Falling sales alongside less emphasis could ease pressure from this rival, but would not prove those customers are moving to LQR House.

LQR House's report will show whether demand for products on the CWS Platform can recover without fulfillment costs eating into the gains.
Read product revenue and order volume alongside gross profit—the money left after direct costs. If revenue and orders recover while gross profit holds or improves, demand through CWS is strengthening without fulfillment costs wiping out the gain. If orders keep falling or gross profit weakens, demand or the cost of serving it is still weighing on the business.
