Westrock Coffee Company supplies retailers, restaurants and packaged-food and beverage companies with products they can sell under their own brands or other brands. It helps customers design beverages, sources the ingredients, and handles roasting, manufacturing, packaging and distribution. Beverage Solutions brings in most of its revenue, with coffee and tea the largest product category; it also sells extracts used in cold brew and ready-to-drink beverages, as well as finished bottled and canned drinks.
The company also buys and resells unroasted coffee through its Sustainable Sourcing & Traceability business, including subsidiary Falcon Coffees Limited. This business earns mainly from contracts to sell green coffee for future delivery. Westrock's technology tracks coffee lots from farms through production and makes traceability information available to customers.
A small group of large customers supplies a substantial share of sales, and customers generally do not have to keep buying. The business also depends on securing coffee supplies and adjusting customer prices as input costs change. Westrock can pass higher raw-material costs to most customers, but price increases can lag those costs. Much of its extract and ready-to-drink production capacity is concentrated at its Conway, Arkansas facility.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
Westrock Coffee’s results hinge on coffee costs, customer beverage volumes and the ramp-up of its extracts capacity; important competitors missing from this list include Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee, Finlays and Massimo Zanetti Beverage Group.
Keurig Dr Pepper competes with Westrock Coffee in U.S. coffee and tea, including single-serve coffee, where Westrock sells branded and private-label products to retail and food-service customers. Its single-serve coffee business is the area to watch against Westrock’s 28.7% growth in single-serve cup volumes in 2025.
International Flavors & Fragrances competes with Westrock Coffee to sell flavors, extracts and ingredients to food and beverage manufacturers. Its Taste and Food Ingredients businesses are the relevant comparison for Westrock’s flavors, extracts and ingredients sales, which reached $242.738 million in 2025.
BRC Inc. competes with Westrock Coffee for overlapping grocery, convenience and other retail buyers of packaged coffee and ready-to-drink beverages. Watch BRC’s sales through retailers, reported as Wholesale: they rose to $258.0 million in 2025 from $245.0 million in 2024, and BRC is prioritizing investment in that channel.
Fed Interest Rate Decision
Westrock Coffee’s Fed policy rate tracks the cost of borrowing across the economy, which can change what it pays on its variable-rate debt and leave less or more cash for operations and investment.

If it comes in above expectations
Higher borrowing costs can raise interest on Westrock Coffee’s variable-rate debt, including its revolver, leaving less cash for debt service and its coffee, tea and beverage operations.
If it comes in below expectations
Lower borrowing costs can reduce interest on Westrock Coffee’s variable-rate debt, including its revolver, leaving more cash for debt service and its coffee, tea and beverage operations.
BRC Inc. earningsBRCC
BRC’s report will show whether retailers are buying more packaged coffee and ready-to-drink beverages, the same shelf space Westrock competes for.
Watch BRC’s Wholesale sales and whether it continues investing in that channel. Growth would suggest retailers are sustaining orders for packaged coffee and ready-to-drink beverages, leaving Westrock a healthier market for the same buyers; weakness would point to softer retail demand or tougher shelf competition for Westrock.

Westrock Coffee’s report will show whether Conway’s ramp-up and coffee sales growth are lifting gross profit despite high green-coffee costs.
Read gross margin alongside coffee volumes, especially single-serve cups and roast-and-ground coffee; then see whether customer pricing keeps pace with raw-material costs and Conway’s scale-up costs ease. Steady volumes with a better margin would show demand and price pass-through are covering production costs; retreating volumes or continued margin pressure would show high costs, scale-up or uncertain large-customer orders are still absorbing growth.
