SaverOne 2014 Ltd. helps commercial fleets and public-transport operators limit drivers’ use of distracting phone apps. Its SaverOne system uses in-vehicle sensors to locate phones near the driver, then uses a phone app to block non-permitted applications while leaving passengers’ phones unaffected. Fleet managers control which apps are permitted. If a driver’s phone lacks the app, the system sounds an alarm; it deters distraction rather than guaranteeing prevention, because drivers can ignore the alarm or allow apps to be unblocked.
Customers installing the system in existing vehicles pay for hardware and installation, followed by a monthly safety-service subscription. More detailed driver-safety analysis costs extra. SaverOne also works with vehicle manufacturers: IVECO integrates the technology into vehicles during production and handles commercial delivery, while SaverOne develops and integrates the technology. Separately, SaverOne is developing a sensor that uses cellphone signals to locate pedestrians and other vulnerable road users and warn vehicles of possible collisions.
The business remains in early commercialization and has not generated significant sales revenue. Its progress depends on turning pilots into wider deployments and continuing product development; operations have been funded mainly through equity issuance rather than customer receipts. Israeli innovation grants also restrict transfers of supported know-how and manufacturing rights outside Israel without prior approval from the Israel Innovation Authority.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
SaverOne’s results hinge on turning pilots into repeat fleet deployments and commercializing integrations with vehicle makers IVECO and Volvo Bus Corporation, neither of which appears in this list.
Innoviz Technologies Ltd. competes for the vehicle-makers’ safety-system budgets that SaverOne’s developing road-user detection system targets. Innoviz sells laser-based sensors, or lidar, and software that interprets their readings; watch its automotive programs as SaverOne seeks buyers for a system that detects pedestrians and other road users through cellphone radio signals.
Cemex, which sells cement, concrete and other construction materials, is a fleet customer helping SaverOne expand internationally: it deployed the system across its Israeli employee-vehicle and operational-truck fleet, then began a Spanish pilot. Watch whether that September 2023 pilot, covering 10 trucks in two regions, leads to broader fleet orders.
Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Limited gives SaverOne a concrete example of an initial deployment turning into a fleet-wide sale: in February 2025, the medicine seller contracted to equip all 50 pharmaceutical-delivery trucks after starting with 14. For SaverOne holders, the relevant Teva news is installation across that delivery fleet, rather than its medicine sales.

Cemex’s report will show whether the construction-materials company is turning its Spanish SaverOne pilot into a broader fleet deployment.
Look for whether Cemex moves beyond the Spanish pilot of 10 trucks. Orders covering more vehicles or regions would show that SaverOne’s existing customer relationship can help it expand in Europe; no expansion would leave its European growth without evidence that pilots are becoming larger deployments.
