REVOLVE brings in most of Revolve Group, Inc.’s revenue, offering frequently refreshed clothing, footwear, beauty products and accessories from emerging, established and company-owned brands. FWRD is the smaller luxury business, selling designer fashion, including handbags and shoes. Customers pay for merchandise through the company’s websites and mobile apps, with most sales made at full price.
The company buys most merchandise from third-party brands and also develops its own brands, which typically earn higher merchandise margins. It introduces styles in small quantities, uses browsing and purchase data to judge demand, and reorders best sellers. This makes matching inventory to changing tastes central to the business: it buys ahead of sales and generally cannot return unsold goods to suppliers.
Influencers, social media and events help attract shoppers, but existing customers generate most sales. The business therefore depends heavily on repeat purchases. It also sources a significant share of merchandise directly or indirectly from China, making sourcing costs and availability sensitive to tariffs and trade restrictions. Import and export rules can require licenses for certain products or destinations, limiting where it can trade.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
Lulu's Fashion Lounge Holdings, Inc. competes with REVOLVE for Gen Z and Millennial women's dress and event-outfit purchases, with its Lulus brand offering more accessible prices. Watch demand for Lulus occasionwear: dresses accounted for 28% of Revolve Group's net sales in 2025.
a.k.a. Brands Holding Corp.'s Princess Polly and Petal & Pup compete with REVOLVE for young women's online clothing purchases. Watch those two women's brands rather than the group's streetwear businesses for a closer read on demand for REVOLVE's trend-driven fashion.
LuxExperience B.V.'s online luxury stores, including NET-A-PORTER, compete with Revolve Group's FWRD for consumers buying designer clothing, shoes and accessories. Watch its luxury-store sales for a read on the spending behind FWRD's curated designer assortment, especially shoes and handbags.
Stitch Fix, Inc. competes with REVOLVE for U.S. online clothing, shoe and accessory purchases, but serves a broader customer base through stylist-selected shipments and direct online sales. Its women's clothing sales are the closer comparison for REVOLVE; its men's and kids' ranges make overall results a less direct guide.
Revolve Group, Inc. earningsThis company
Revolve Group sells fashion online, and this report will show whether more orders are turning into gross profit without heavier discounts or more returns.
Read orders shipped and the share of purchases returned alongside gross margin and the full-price share. More orders with fewer returns, while full-price sales and gross margin hold or rise, would show demand is becoming profitable sales. Growth with heavier discounting or a falling gross margin would point to a mismatch between inventory and customer demand.

a.k.a. Brands’ report will show how shoppers are responding to Princess Polly and Petal & Pup, offering a read on demand for the trend-driven fashion that Revolve Group also sells.
Focus on sales at Princess Polly and Petal & Pup, not the group’s streetwear brands. Stronger demand would suggest shoppers are still buying trend-driven women's fashion online, giving Revolve Group's similar assortment a healthier market to sell into. Weaker demand would mean more pressure to attract customers and move inventory.
