Fire Safety supplies most of Perimeter Solutions’ revenue. Government agencies buy its retardants to treat vegetation ahead of wildfires, slowing their spread so ground crews can extinguish them. The company often bundles retardants with storage, mixing and delivery equipment and services such as staffing and running air-tanker bases. It also sells firefighting foams, particularly to facilities exposed to flammable-liquid fires, such as petrochemical plants and airports.
Its other business, Specialty Products, supplies chemicals used mainly to make lubricant additives and electronic or electromechanical components used in larger infrastructure and industrial systems. Repair and replacement needs support component sales. The acquired Medical Manufacturing Technologies (MMT) business sells machinery for making complex medical devices, along with replacement parts, consumables and services.
The business leans heavily on the USDA Forest Service and the U.S. Bureau of Land Management, which together supply a substantial share of revenue. Retardant demand depends on wildfire activity and the aircraft capacity available to deploy it, making sales seasonal. Firefighting products may require government qualification, and losing approval can restrict their use. Chemical regulations can also limit what the company may manufacture or sell.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
Perimeter Solutions’ results depend primarily on wildfire activity, firefighting aircraft capacity and government purchases of retardants, especially by the USDA Forest Service and U.S. Bureau of Land Management.
CitroTech competes with Perimeter Solutions to sell wildfire retardants to fire departments and commercial users, but also focuses on home protection and treated wood. Watch CitroTech’s sales to wildfire customers for the clearest overlap with Perimeter, rather than its progress selling treatments to lumber and building-material companies.
Perimeter Solutions, Inc. earningsThis company
Perimeter Solutions sells retardants, suppressants and often-bundled air-base services to government agencies and industrial users, and this report will show whether those Fire Safety sales are converting into segment profit.
Read Fire Safety sales alongside Segment Adjusted EBITDA, the company’s measure of segment performance that adjusts for interest, taxes, depreciation, amortization and specified items. If both rise, sales of retardants, suppressants and related services are also producing more segment earnings; if sales rise but EBITDA does not keep pace, product mix or costs are absorbing some of the added revenue. The comparison shows whether customer purchases are turning into profit.

CitroTech's report will show its sales to wildfire customers, offering a read on demand and competition in the retardant market it shares with Perimeter Solutions.
Compare CitroTech's wildfire-customer sales with Perimeter Solutions' reported Fire Safety sales. If both rise, demand in their shared market may be strengthening; if CitroTech rises while Perimeter's sales soften, CitroTech may be winning orders, though differences in customers and purchase timing can also explain the gap. A decline at CitroTech alone cannot distinguish weaker demand from business going to another supplier. Its report is a clue to the market around Perimeter, not a result for Perimeter itself.
