Company

Company overview

NetClass Technology helps enterprises, educational institutions and government agencies manage teaching, training and campus operations online. It operates through subsidiaries in Hong Kong and mainland China, with customers mainly in mainland China, Hong Kong and Singapore. Customers pay it to build software and supply related technical services and data-storage and computing systems. These tailored, mostly fixed-price projects generate most of its revenue. A smaller share comes from customers paying usage-based fees to access its hosted software, known as software-as-a-service.

Gallop Trading Limited supplies a substantial share of revenue, making this customer relationship important to the business. Project starts and completions can also cause revenue from major customers to fluctuate.

Its mainland China operations must protect participants’ personal information and comply with rules governing internet-business licenses and foreign ownership. These requirements constrain how it handles data and which services it may provide.
