Individual athletes pay Nomadar Corp. to live, study and train through Nomadar HPT, its licensed soccer-training program. Fees depend on the length of their stay. Training has been delivered in person in Cádiz, Spain: Nomadar arranges enrollment, accommodation and equipment, while Cádiz CF supplies coaches, places players in its youth teams and organizes matches. Training and stadium events account for most of the company’s revenue.
Nomadar also coordinates third-party events at JP Financial Stadium under a non-exclusive agreement with Cádiz CF. Its stadium income has come through purchase orders with the club. For event coordinators, Nomadar expects contracts to charge an upfront fee plus a share of ticket sales; these are planned terms, not terms established for every contract. Nomadar must reimburse Cádiz CF for justified stadium-use and event expenses.
The business depends heavily on Cádiz CF, which supplies training resources and licenses, and on controlling shareholder Sportech for further capital. Nomadar pays Cádiz CF royalties for HPT rights and has limited leverage when negotiating service-payment terms with the club. Losing its U.S. national exchange listing could allow Cádiz CF to terminate its HPT and Mágico González licenses.
Nomadar plans U.S. online sales of Mágico González merchandise under exclusive rights outside Spain; Cádiz CF keeps the proceeds from sales in Spain. Soccer academies are not yet operating, and the separate proposed JP Financial Arena still lacks the funding needed for development.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
Nomadar’s results depend chiefly on Cádiz CF’s training licenses, facilities, stadium access and football standing, alongside continued funding from controlling shareholder Sportech.
Venu Holding Corporation and Nomadar both depend on demand for live-event tickets: Venu operates music venues and keeps part of what ticket buyers pay, while Nomadar coordinates JP Financial Stadium events and expects compensation partly tied to ticket sales. Venu’s venue ticket revenue offers a read on demand relevant to Nomadar’s stadium-event income.
Live Nation Entertainment Inc. shares Nomadar’s exposure to live-event ticket demand: it promotes concerts and tours funded mainly by ticket buyers, while Nomadar coordinates stadium events and expects a share of event coordinators’ ticket sales. Watch Live Nation’s Concerts revenue rather than its Ticketing revenue, which excludes ticket face value, for a read on concert spending.
EIA Crude Oil Stocks Change (Oct/16)
For Nomadar’s planned Mágico González merchandise business, EIA reports how much crude oil and fuel is in storage; changes can move oil-linked shipping costs and what Nomadar pays to deliver products.
Read inventories against market supply: larger stocks can signal looser supply and lower oil and fuel prices, easing shipping costs for Nomadar’s planned merchandise business; smaller stocks can signal tighter supply and higher prices, raising those costs.
Live Nation Entertainment Inc. earningsLYV
Live Nation’s Concerts revenue shows whether concert spending is holding up, a read on ticket demand for events Nomadar coordinates at JP Financial Stadium.
Focus on Live Nation’s Concerts revenue, not Ticketing revenue, which excludes ticket face value. Strong Concerts revenue would suggest fans are still paying to attend live shows, a favorable sign for ticket demand at events Nomadar coordinates and the ticket-linked income it may earn. Weak revenue would point to softer demand and less support for that income.
