Nexera Technologies Ltd runs online consumer-product businesses, with Fort’s pest-control products contributing most of its revenue. Fort sells mainly through Amazon UK; other stores include KnifePlanet and Whoobli, selling products such as knife sharpeners and children’s punching-bag sets. Nexera analyzes sales data and consumer trends to choose products, orders them from outside manufacturers and sells them to individual shoppers. Amazon accounts for the great majority of revenue and handles e-commerce order fulfillment through Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA). Nexera receives sales proceeds after Amazon’s fulfillment and advertising fees, making continued access to Amazon and accurate inventory planning central to the business.
Pure Logistics adds a smaller service business. Its New Jersey center charges e-commerce companies for warehousing and distribution, while also serving Nexera’s own businesses.
Nexera has also entered homeland security through KeepZone, which combines and distributes partner technologies for critical-infrastructure security rather than developing or manufacturing its own products. Its Scanary agreement provides distribution rights for screening systems in specified markets and payments based on Scanary’s collected sales after specified costs. This activity had not generated revenue by the end of 2025. It depends on technology partners, and Israeli defense-export controls can restrict sales and technology transfers or prevent transactions without the required approvals.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
Nexera’s results hinge chiefly on Fort’s pest-control sales through Amazon; its named consumer-goods rivals Aterian and Thrasio are missing from this list.
Amazon both competes with Nexera for online shoppers and provides the marketplace and order fulfillment its product sales depend on; in each of 2025 and 2024, roughly 87%–96% of Nexera’s revenue came through or with Amazon. Watch Amazon’s seller fees and fulfillment policies: Nexera pays marketing fees and commissions and relies entirely on Amazon to fulfill orders.
SciSparc’s Wellution business pays Nexera for brand management and logistics, and Nexera owns approximately 49% of that subsidiary, tying it to Wellution’s performance. Watch Wellution’s Amazon sales: SciSparc’s revenue fell to $856,000 in 2025 from $1.306 million in 2024, mainly because operating difficulties temporarily took the brand offline from Amazon.
Nexera depends on ParaZero for the drone-safety systems its KnifePlanet store sells to customers under exclusive worldwide distribution and sales rights. Sales of those ParaZero systems through KnifePlanet are the business to watch for this tie.

Amazon’s report shows whether sellers can still reach shoppers through its marketplace and fulfillment service at workable cost, a crucial question for Nexera, which gets roughly 87%–96% of its revenue through or with Amazon.
Look at Amazon’s seller-services activity alongside fulfillment costs and policy changes. Steady seller activity without materially worse terms or costs would suggest Nexera can continue selling and delivering through this crucial channel; weaker seller activity or rising fees and tighter fulfillment terms would put more pressure on its ability to reach shoppers and complete orders.
Retail Sales MoM (Oct)
Retail sales track how much consumers spend at stores, and stronger or weaker spending can change demand for Nexera’s KnifePlanet, Whoobli and Fort products sold mainly through Amazon.
If retail sales rise, consumers are spending more, which may support orders for Nexera’s Amazon-listed products; if they fall, weaker spending may weigh on those orders and product revenue.
