My Size’s largest business is Orgad, which buys fashion products from brands and manufacturers and sells them to shoppers on Amazon. It earns the difference between wholesale buying prices and retail selling prices, after paying Amazon’s platform and fulfillment fees. Almost all of Orgad’s revenue comes through Amazon, which also handles order fulfillment; continued access depends on meeting Amazon’s seller policies.
The company also sells sizing technology to fashion brands and retailers through Naiz Fit. Its tools help shoppers choose clothing and shoe sizes and help brands assess garment fit. Clients pay recurring software subscriptions, with charges tied to the tools they activate and their usage. ShoeSize.Me adds footwear recommendations based on shoes a shopper already owns. These services depend on brands adopting and using the tools, while privacy laws govern how customer data can be collected, processed and transferred.
Two other businesses earn money from selling clothing and footwear. Percentil takes custody of used garments, checks and photographs them, sets prices and handles delivery, sharing sale proceeds with consignors. It also provides resale services to brands. Ten Peacks buys or takes inventory on consignment from international brands and distributes it in Israel, earning a margin on sales to local distributors and retailers.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
My Size’s results hinge chiefly on Orgad’s margins from reselling apparel and footwear on Amazon, while its smaller sizing-software business faces specialist rivals including True Fit and Sizebay.
My Size depends on Amazon for substantially all of Orgad’s sales: Orgad buys goods wholesale and resells them to online shoppers, while Amazon both competes for those shoppers and charges Orgad for its marketplace and order fulfillment. Watch Amazon’s seller fees and delivery services for what they mean for Orgad’s apparel and footwear resale margins.

Amazon's report will show how its marketplace fees and fulfillment services affect Orgad's margins reselling apparel and footwear on Amazon.
Watch what Amazon reports about third-party seller fees and fulfillment services. Stable fees and reliable delivery leave Orgad more room to keep the retail margin between wholesale purchases and Amazon sales. Higher fees eat into that margin; fulfillment disruptions can delay Orgad's orders or impede sales.

My Size's report will show whether sales from its Amazon retail, SaaS, resale and Israeli wholesale businesses are covering their costs and the company's operating expenses.
Read revenue, gross profit and operating loss together. Rising revenue with higher gross profit and a narrower operating loss means more money remains after product costs and more of the operating bill is covered. Rising revenue with lower gross profit or a wider operating loss means added sales are not improving the economics; pay particular attention to whether Orgad's Amazon sales, the largest revenue stream, leave enough gross profit.
