LZ Technology Holdings Limited provides building-access and safety-management systems to residential communities in China, then uses their screens and software to reach residents with advertisements. Businesses and advertising agencies pay for campaigns on these channels and on partners’ displays in places such as public transport and hotels. Advertising supplies most of the company’s revenue; selling access-control hardware and software contributes only a small share.
Its other substantial business is reselling goods and services. It sources products such as alcohol and groceries for sale to retailers, and sells accommodation and travel packages to travel agencies and companies. These sales, rather than commissions on consumer coupons, now account for most of its Lifestyle Services revenue.
The advertising network depends on keeping agreements with communities and property managers, as well as access to partner media. Related party Henduoka supplies the software infrastructure behind the community systems, while Xiamen Qiushi Intelligent Network Equipment Co., Ltd., controlled by the chairman, supplies all access-control hardware.
The listed company is a holding company operating through Chinese subsidiaries. Chinese rules limit subsidiary dividends to accumulated profits after required reserves; the subsidiaries currently have accumulated deficits and cannot pay dividends to the parent until those conditions are met.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
LZ Technology’s results hinge chiefly on Chinese out-of-home advertising demand, making rivals Focus Media and XinChao Media more direct comparisons than the companies shown here.
Baidu competes for businesses’ advertising spending with LZ Technology’s out-of-home services, but also ranked among LZ Technology’s three largest customers in 2023; it was not listed among the largest in 2024 or 2025. Baidu’s revenue from selling search and feed advertising offers a window into businesses’ online marketing spending, rather than a direct measure of demand for LZ Technology’s screens.

Baidu’s report shows what advertisers spend on search and feed ads, giving LZ Technology a read on businesses’ marketing budgets and competition for its out-of-home advertising.
Read Baidu’s search and feed advertising revenue. If it strengthens, advertisers are still spending on online marketing, suggesting the pool of business ad budgets LZ Technology competes for may be firmer—but not proving demand for its screens is rising. If it weakens, marketing budgets may be tightening, leaving LZ Technology’s out-of-home business less advertising spend to pursue. Baidu was one of LZ Technology’s largest customers in 2023, but not in 2024 or 2025, so Baidu’s revenue is not a direct measure of LZ Technology’s customer demand.
