KULR Technology Group, Inc. helps customers develop batteries for spacecraft, defense equipment, aircraft and power infrastructure. Its KULR ONE platform provides a common battery architecture that it adapts to each application. Customers pay for battery products and for design, testing and production services, with support extending from initial development through certification and repeat manufacturing. The energy-management business contributes the larger share of revenue. It remains early-stage: product sales do not yet cover fixed expenses, and growth depends on customers completing lengthy testing and adopting its systems in commercial products. Revenue also depends on relatively few customers.
Bitcoin mining is another substantial revenue source. KULR leases computing capacity from equipment operated entirely by outside providers and directs it to mining pools that verify transactions. It receives bitcoin rewards, with mining revenue dependent on a single customer. Lease payments remain fixed while rewards vary, so the business depends on provider performance, bitcoin prices and competition for mining rewards.
KULR also buys and holds bitcoin as its primary treasury reserve asset, funding purchases mainly by issuing shares. These holdings pay no interest or dividends; turning them into cash requires selling bitcoin or using other income-generating strategies. This treasury strategy is separate from selling battery systems and earning mining rewards, and depends heavily on access to equity financing.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
KULR relies on Soluna Holdings to house its Bitcoin mining equipment; Soluna charges mining customers hosting fees and also mines Bitcoin itself. Watch operations at its Sophie site, where the KULR partnership sits and required power curtailments can interrupt mining.
KULR pays BitMine Immersion Technologies to lease mining machines and keep them running, so equipment maintenance matters directly to KULR's Bitcoin mining revenue. Both also hold digital assets that affect financial results, but BitMine now prioritizes ETH holdings, while KULR reports changes in its digital-asset valuations separately from mining results.
SES AI Corporation competes with KULR for customers buying integrated energy-storage systems and battery safety management. Watch SES's storage systems with Molecular Universe-powered battery health and safety software: they overlap with the integrated systems and safety engineering KULR sells.
Amprius Technologies and KULR both serve demand for high-performance aviation batteries: Amprius sells cells, while KULR builds complete battery systems for drones and other aircraft. Amprius's sales into unmanned aircraft are a useful demand signal for the market KULR ONE Air addresses, not evidence of a supply relationship between them.
Lockheed Martin connects KULR to defense customers: KULR develops and supplies mission-critical technologies with the contractor for hypersonic vehicles and other defense systems, while Lockheed mainly serves U.S. government agencies and allies. Watch news on those programs, though KULR does not disclose how much revenue this customer contributes.
Leidos Holdings gives KULR another route into government-funded defense work through their partnership to develop and supply mission-critical technologies for hypersonic vehicles and other defense systems. Leidos earns most of its revenue from U.S. government contracts; its defense-program news is worth watching, but KULR does not quantify revenue from the partnership.
Lockheed Martin Corp. earningsLMT
Lockheed Martin's report and program updates will show whether demand continues to support the defense programs it shares with KULR.
Watch Lockheed Martin's discussion of hypersonic-vehicle and other defense-system programs. More activity would support demand in programs KULR participates in; slower programs or weaker demand would make that defense opportunity less certain, but Lockheed's results do not prove KULR received orders or recognized revenue.
Amprius Technologies, Inc. earningsAMPX
Amprius's unmanned-aircraft battery sales will signal demand for high-performance aviation batteries, a market clue for KULR's aircraft battery systems.
Watch Amprius's cell sales into unmanned aircraft and its discussion of that demand. Stronger sales would indicate firmer customer demand for high-performance aviation batteries, a more supportive market for KULR ONE Air; weak sales would be a softer demand signal, not data on KULR's suppliers or orders.
SES AI Corporation earningsSES
SES AI Corporation's report will show whether customers are buying storage systems and battery-safety solutions that overlap with KULR's offerings.
Watch sales and adoption of SES AI Corporation's storage systems, alongside progress with its battery-health and safety software. Greater adoption would show customers are buying solutions closer to KULR's integrated systems and safety engineering, making competition more direct; slower adoption would soften that signal, but would not establish that KULR won customers.
Soluna Holdings, Inc. earningsSLNH
Soluna's report will show whether the Sophie site hosting KULR's miners can run reliably, affecting mining time and KULR's rewards.
Watch Sophie-site operations and interruptions from required power curtailments. Steady operation with fewer curtailments would give KULR's miners more time to mine and earn Bitcoin rewards; frequent interruptions could reduce mining revenue while fixed lease fees remain, squeezing mining economics.
KULR Technology Group, Inc. earningsThis company
KULR Technology Group's report will show whether battery-system sales and engineering work are improving revenue quality, and whether Bitcoin mining revenue covers its lease costs.
Read the energy-management platform's product and service gross margins alongside mining revenue and its costs. Recovering margins and mining revenue that covers lease costs would show the battery business is improving economically and mining is contributing from operations; weak margins and mining revenue below its costs would show that revenue growth has not yet become sustainable operating progress.
BitMine Immersion Technologies, Inc. earningsBMNR
BitMine's report will offer clues about maintenance and operation of the mining machines KULR leases to earn Bitcoin rewards.
Watch BitMine's comments on machine maintenance and operation, and read equipment uptime alongside mining output. Reliable operation and steady output would give KULR a better chance of covering fixed lease fees with mining rewards; equipment problems or weaker output would make mining losses more likely. Changes in the value of BitMine's digital-asset holdings are separate from KULR's mining operations.
