Inno Holdings Inc. runs a Hong Kong-based used-electronics trading business centered on iPhones. Through Lear Group Limited and Baymax High Technology Co., Limited, it buys devices from suppliers and sells them to wholesalers, who resell them to other wholesalers or retailers in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe and elsewhere. Its earnings depend on the difference between purchase and resale prices, after operating costs.
A small group of wholesale customers supplies most of its revenue, while a narrow supplier base provides all the devices it purchases. Those suppliers collect used devices from carriers, companies and individuals, making continued access to their inventory important to fulfilling customer orders. Inno has exited its former cold-formed-steel manufacturing and related services business.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
INNO hinges on demand and resale margins for Apple’s pre-owned iPhones, with all purchases concentrated in two suppliers and 77% of revenue in two customers.
ATRenew’s AHS Device competes with INNO by buying pre-owned electronics and selling them to distributors serving Southeast Asia and the Middle East; AHS Device also serves Hong Kong. Its overseas device sales offer a read on the resale demand facing INNO, whose revenue came entirely from recycled iPhones in the year ended September 30, 2025.

ATRenew’s overseas used-device sales show whether distributors serving Southeast Asia and the Middle East are buying into the same resale market as INNO.
Watch ATRenew’s overseas device sales, especially business serving distributors in Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Stronger sales would suggest demand for used devices in those markets is supporting the channel and would be favorable for INNO’s resale of recycled iPhones. Weaker sales would point to cooling demand in the shared distribution markets, but would not prove INNO’s own sales fell.
