Company

Company overview

EUDA Health Holdings Limited earns most of its revenue by managing common areas and providing security management for residential and commercial properties. Property clients pay recurring fees under contracts. Wellness products and services form a smaller, separate business operated through CK Health. Across the company, one customer supplies a substantial share of revenue, making that relationship important to the business.

CK Health sells wellness products and therapy packages to consumers, with therapies contributing most of the wellness revenue. These include sessions in bioenergy cabins and stem-cell treatment packages marketed in Singapore and Malaysia. For stem-cell packages, CK Health buys services at agreed prices from Key Lock, an authorized distributor of Guangdong Cell Biotech, while customers receive treatment at Guangdong Cell Biotech’s centers in China. EUDA therefore depends on these partners to deliver the treatments. Its agreement with Key Lock is non-exclusive, either party can end it on one month’s notice, and losing Key Lock’s distribution rights would likely cut off EUDA’s access to those therapies.

EUDA’s results hinge on recurring Singapore property-management contracts and growing wellness sales, while its smaller stem-cell offering depends on Key Lock and Guangdong Cell Biotech.

  • Agape ATP Corporation competes with EUDA’s CK Health for Malaysian consumers’ spending on wellness products and complementary therapies. Watch Agape ATP’s supplement and wellness-program sales for clues to demand facing CK Health’s consumer products and therapies.

  • ALPS Group Inc competes for consumer spending with EUDA’s Malaysian wellness therapies by selling wellness and aesthetic services in Kuala Lumpur. Its paying wellness customers, rather than its preclinical research pipeline, are the useful demand signal for EUDA.
