Company

Company overview

Agape ATP Corporation serves health-conscious customers mainly in Malaysia through its subsidiary ASL. Its ATP Zeta Health Program combines supplements, nutrition and dietician advice, while E.A.T.S. offers products for a convenient, nutritious lifestyle. Health and wellness products and advisory services generate most revenue. A smaller green-energy business sells renewable-energy products and provides technical solutions, installation and maintenance.

Independent distributors buy products at discounted prices and resell them to consumers, earning the difference. They also receive bonuses tied to their own sales and their recruited networks’ performance. Their personal contact with customers helps explain the products and supports sales, making the distributor network central to reaching buyers.

Agape ATP Corporation sources and rebrands all its products rather than manufacturing them. Most purchases come from a small group of Malaysian suppliers, and it has no long-term supply agreements with its largest suppliers. The business therefore depends on their continued supply and product quality. Products also need the applicable Malaysian health-authority approvals before sale, with rules governing matters such as labeling, storage and advertising.
