Change Agents Corporation is focused primarily on developing an AI platform for content creators through its subsidiary Avalon Quantum AI. Its Catch-Up Vodcast and Podcast Platform lets creators, initially podcasters, enter a topic and generate a short video using sourced content and an avatar that reproduces their voice and likeness. The platform remains in limited beta testing. A broader commercial launch is planned, but the company has not specified how it will charge users.
Its other business sells Keto Air to North American consumers who want to measure ketosis through a reusable breath test. Sales channels center on social media influencers and the Law Enforcement Association of America. Revenue has been minimal, and the company is reviewing the product line’s future. It depends on a single Hong Kong-based technology group for the devices under an exclusive distribution agreement.
The company has not established a sustainable revenue base and needs additional financing to support development and commercialization. Its AI business must also address consent and privacy requirements when reproducing creators’ voices and likenesses, and copyright restrictions on sourced content. Videos intended for YouTube, TikTok and Instagram must comply with those platforms’ rules on synthetic media.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
Change Agents Corporation’s results hinge more on commercializing its beta AI-video platform, establishing demand for Keto Air and funding continued losses than on established technology companies’ performance.
Alphabet’s Google competes for creators with its Flow and Veo AI-video tools against Change Agents Corporation’s planned automated short-form video platform. Watch those tools’ video quality and workflow automation—the areas where Change Agents aims to distinguish its offering.

Alphabet’s report can show whether the video quality and workflow of Google’s Flow and Veo make it harder for Change Agents to win creators.
Look for what Alphabet says about Flow and Veo’s video quality and how much of the creation workflow they automate. Better videos and an easier process could draw creators to Google’s tools, leaving Change Agents’ platform to win users on its own merits. If the tools still have clear limits, Change Agents’ planned offering has more room to stand out.
