FreeCast’s SmartGuide brings together online television, movies and other media so viewers can find and access content through one guide. In the United States, consumers can register free at FreeCast.com and pay to add Value Channels. FreeCast also lets businesses with existing customers offer a media hub under their own brand while keeping the customer relationship, although its newer enterprise deployment models have not yet generated significant revenue.
Advertising is its largest revenue source. Customers such as LaunchThat and Del Air pay for advertising campaigns and promotional services. FreeCast also earns substantial revenue by assembling, producing and distributing free, ad-supported television channels, known as FAST channels. Channel customers pay for production work and platform distribution, and FreeCast also shares in advertising revenue. Paid subscriptions contribute a smaller share of revenue.
Two related-party customers supply a substantial share of revenue. The service also depends on access to content and on SmartGuide technology licensed from Nextelligence, a company controlled by FreeCast’s founder and chief executive. Losing that license could impair its ability to develop and sell the service.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
FreeCast's results depend not just on subscriber growth but also on related-party production of free, ad-supported streaming channels and advertising contracts with customers such as LaunchThat and Del Air.
FreeCast competes with Alphabet for advertisers seeking streaming audiences, selling connected-TV and digital video ads while Alphabet sells video ads through YouTube. Watch YouTube's advertising revenue as FreeCast shifts toward free registration supported by advertising.
FreeCast and Liftoff Mobile, Inc. compete to connect advertising buyers with publishers: FreeCast brokers ad purchases, while Liftoff helps advertisers acquire app users and app publishers sell advertising space. Liftoff's Core Advertising revenue, rather than revenue from discontinued platforms, is the line to watch for spending through its active advertising platforms.

Alphabet's report will show whether advertisers are sustaining spend on YouTube video ads, a signal for FreeCast as it seeks streaming-ad budgets.
Watch the change in Alphabet's YouTube advertising revenue. Steady or rising revenue would show advertisers are still paying to reach video audiences, supporting the market FreeCast needs to monetize free registrations. A decline would signal tougher competition for similar ad budgets and more pressure on FreeCast's advertising growth.
Liftoff Mobile, Inc. earningsLFTO
Liftoff Mobile's report will show whether advertisers are still spending through active platforms that connect ad buyers with publishers, the market FreeCast's Ad Exchange serves.
Watch Liftoff Mobile's Core Advertising revenue, not revenue from discontinued platforms. Growth would show continued demand for advertisers to buy and publishers to sell ad placements through active platforms, a supportive signal for FreeCast's ad exchange. Weakness would indicate pressure on spending through these platforms and make FreeCast's ad monetization harder.

FreeCast's report will show whether advertising and FAST platform services can turn free registrations into revenue and reduce dependence on a few related-party customers.
Read advertising revenue alongside FAST services revenue, then check whether revenue still depends heavily on the two related-party customers. Advertising growth with FAST growth no longer driven mainly by those customers would show the free-registration model is attracting broader commercial demand. Weaker advertising or FAST revenue, or continued concentration, would leave FreeCast's revenue and cash flow exposed to decisions by a few customers.
