Braiin Limited is an Australian technology company whose first commercial focus is agriculture. Through its subsidiary Raptor300, it helps agricultural businesses spray crops and use drone and sensor data to guide farm work. Customers subscribe to its drone technology and related services rather than buy the equipment upfront. Its long-term agricultural agreements include Sri Lankan plantation businesses associated with Hayleys Group and Lankem Tea and Rubber Plantations.
Braiin began generating initial revenue in late 2025 and remains at an early commercial stage. Contract income depends on deploying equipment, integrating systems and meeting delivery obligations; additional customer memoranda are non-binding, not secured sales. Aviation permissions and rules governing autonomous flights and chemical spraying constrain where it can operate.
Braiin also offers customer-engagement software and services and plans to expand through VIS Networks and Connect Simple, whose acquisitions remain conditional. VIS Networks sells and supports communications and contact-center systems, earning from equipment, software licenses, maintenance and staffing services. Connect Simple reaches people moving home through property-partner platforms and earns commissions from service providers when customers connect or switch utilities and other household services. That model depends on property-transaction flows and a relatively small group of high-volume partners; it is not an established source of Braiin revenue through a completed acquisition.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
Braiin Limited’s near-term results hinge on delivering its agricultural drone-service contracts in Sri Lanka, including those involving Hayleys Group, and completing and integrating acquisitions such as VIS Networks.
