Company

Company overview

Bragg Gaming Group helps online and land-based gaming operators offer casino games to their players. Games and content services bring in most of its revenue. Its studios, including Wild Streak Gaming, Atomic Slot Lab and Indigo Magic, develop games, while partner studios supply additional titles. Bragg HUB brings its own and third-party games together for distribution to operators. Operators generally pay Bragg a share of the gross gaming revenue generated using its games and platforms, tying its earnings to their performance.

Its smaller platform and turnkey business helps operators run the service behind the games. Its Player Account Management platform, or PAM, manages player accounts and shared wallets across casino and sports betting products. Operators can also buy operational and marketing support rather than handle all those tasks themselves.

A small group of customers supplies the majority of Bragg’s revenue. The business also depends on Bragg and its customers retaining the licenses and approvals their markets require. Bragg must comply with local gaming rules and prevent its products from being used where gambling is prohibited.

Bragg Gaming Group Inc.’s results hinge on online casino operators’ gaming revenue, with substantial exposure to operators serving the Netherlands and growth increasingly dependent on the United States and Brazil.

  • DraftKings buys online casino offerings from Bragg, whose content revenue is tied to what operators earn from players using its games and software. Watch DraftKings’ online casino activity rather than sports betting results: the casino business is the link to Bragg’s revenue.

  • Caesars Entertainment buys Bragg’s online casino offerings, so revenue from players using Bragg’s games and technology feeds into Bragg’s revenue. Caesars also earns money from physical casinos, hotels and restaurants; its online gaming revenue is the more relevant signal for Bragg holders.
