Atlas Trinity Tech Limited helps personal-care appliance brands bring products such as hair straighteners, hair dryers and shavers to market. Its Hong Kong subsidiary Pure Beauty works from customers’ samples or prototypes, helps develop designs, agrees pricing, arranges production and coordinates shipment. Brand owners pay it for the finished products, then sell them through their own networks, mainly to consumers in Japan. This wholesale business supplies most of the company’s revenue.
The company also earns service fees through two newer businesses. Raytech Innovation designs and develops personal health-care electronics and advises on projects, using subcontractors for much of the engineering work. Worry free runs digital marketing campaigns, buying online traffic and arranging advertising delivery for customers. Both businesses charge by engagement rather than relying on long-term customer service contracts.
Revenue remains heavily concentrated in one customer; major customers include Koizumi Seiki Corp. and a U.S. home-appliance manufacturer. The company owns no factories and outsources appliance production to mainland China manufacturers. It depends especially on Zhongshan Raytech Electrical Appliances Manufacturing Co. Ltd., owned by its founder and CEO, and has no reliable replacement for that supplier. Customer orders and this manufacturer’s ability to deliver therefore underpin the main business.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
Atlas Trinity depends more directly on orders from Japanese appliance brand owners, including Koizumi Seiki, and manufacturing supplied by Zhongshan Raytech than on the listed appliance companies.
SharkNinja and Atlas Trinity share exposure to demand for beauty appliances, not a demonstrated supply relationship: SharkNinja sells Shark-branded hair dryers and styling tools to customers, while Atlas Trinity sources hair-styling appliances for brand owners. Watch SharkNinja’s hair-dryer and styling-tool business for signs of demand in this overlapping product category.

SharkNinja's report will show whether shoppers are still buying its hair dryers and styling tools, a demand signal for the overlapping category Atlas Trinity sources for brand owners.
If the report breaks out hair dryers and styling tools, read their sales trend alongside SharkNinja's overall sales. Strength in those products would point to support for end-market demand in the category; weakness would suggest pressure on brand owners, but SharkNinja's branded sales do not establish whether Atlas Trinity's customer orders rose or fell.
