reAlpha Tech Corp. connects homebuyers with property search, financing and closing services through its reAlpha platform. Its digital concierge, Claire, guides buyers alongside licensed real estate agents and loan officers. reAlpha Realty and Prevu handle property brokerage, reAlpha Mortgage arranges residential mortgages, and Hyperfast provides title and escrow services for closing. Homebuying services supply most of the revenue, with mortgage brokerage the largest source: the company earns commissions when arranged loans are funded, property brokerage commissions when sales close, and fees for title and settlement services.
A smaller business serves corporate customers. AiChat sells subscriptions to software that handles customer conversations, marketing and purchases through messaging channels, with additional charges for some services. reAlpha Nepal earns fees for software development and technology support.
The homebuying business depends on customers completing housing transactions, which are sensitive to mortgage rates and affordability. All three homebuying services are available together only in Florida and Virginia. Expansion requires state licenses and access to property listings from multiple listing services, whose rules restrict how the data can be used. The company has not finalized its platform pricing and buyer incentives. Its former short-term rental business has been discontinued.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
Better Home & Finance competes for the borrowers reAlpha serves by arranging mortgages with AI-assisted workflows, but Better makes loans and earns revenue by selling them to loan purchasers rather than collecting brokerage commissions. Watch Better’s direct-to-consumer loan volume and Tinman’s automation of applications through closing for signs of competition for those borrowers.
Linkhome Holdings competes with reAlpha for homebuyers by combining agent services and mortgages in an AI-enabled platform. Its current focus is California; watch expansion into other U.S. markets and HomeGPT’s home-search and mortgage-calculation features for where that overlap develops.
Zillow Group competes with reAlpha to guide buyers from home search to agent services and mortgage financing, while also selling advertising and software to real estate professionals. Watch its buyer connections to partner agents and mortgage providers—the part of its platform that overlaps with reAlpha’s paid homebuying services.
First American Financial competes with reAlpha’s Hyperfast for fees from checking property ownership and handling transaction funds and closings—title and escrow services. Watch its closing and escrow business rather than home warranties; that is where it overlaps with reAlpha’s homebuying revenue.
Opendoor Technologies competes for buyers reAlpha helps find, finance and close on homes, but buys homes from sellers and resells them rather than relying on brokerage commissions. Its title and escrow settlement revenue is the closer comparison with reAlpha’s closing fees; its main home-resale revenue reflects homes it owns.
Offerpad Solutions competes for the homebuyers reAlpha helps find, finance and close on homes, selling them houses through its Cash Offer business rather than charging for that bundle of services. Watch Cash Offer home sales: the business generated over 90% of Offerpad’s consolidated revenue in each of 2025, 2024 and 2023.
Housing Starts (Sep)
New-home starts and permits track building activity, while new-home sales track purchases; stronger activity can bring more buyers to reAlpha’s realty, mortgage-brokering and title services, where it earns commissions and closing fees.
Expected1.31MLast release1.275M
If it comes in above expectations
If the reading is above the 1.31M estimate, it is above the previous 1.275M. More building or new-home sales may bring more buyers into the market; reAlpha could handle more realty transactions, funded mortgages and closings, earning more commissions and closing-service fees.
If it comes in below expectations
Less building or fewer new-home sales may mean fewer buyers; reAlpha could handle fewer realty transactions, funded mortgages and closings, reducing commissions and closing-service fees.
First American Financial Corporation earningsFAF
First American Financial’s report will show demand for title and escrow work, where its closing services overlap with reAlpha’s Hyperfast.
Look at First American Financial’s title and escrow business, not home warranties. Strength would signal healthy transaction and fee demand in the closing work that Hyperfast also performs; weakness would point to fewer such transactions and fee opportunities for reAlpha.
Fed Interest Rate Decision
The Fed’s policy rate guides borrowing costs across the economy; when rates rise, fewer buyers may take out mortgages or close home purchases through reAlpha’s realty, mortgage-brokering and title services, reducing revenue.
Expected4.0%Last release4.0%
If it comes in above expectations
Higher rates may make mortgages costlier for buyers, reducing home purchases and funded loans; reAlpha may then earn fewer realty commissions, mortgage-brokerage commissions and closing-service fees.
If it comes in below expectations
Lower rates may make mortgages cheaper, supporting home purchases and funded loans; reAlpha may then earn more realty commissions, mortgage-brokerage commissions and closing-service fees.
Zillow Group, Inc. earningsZ
Zillow Group’s report will show whether home seekers are connecting with partner agents and mortgage providers, the same buyers reAlpha seeks for its paid services.
Watch how many home seekers Zillow Group connects with partner agents or mortgage providers. More connections would show online search feeding more buyers into services that compete with reAlpha’s, intensifying the contest for customers; fewer would show that funnel weakening, though not by itself prove that overall homebuying demand has fallen.
Non Farm Payrolls (Oct)
Payrolls count jobs added or lost and indicate hiring and income conditions; stronger employment may support home purchases that bring reAlpha realty, mortgage-brokerage and title-service commissions and fees, while weaker employment may reduce them.
Stronger payrolls may indicate more hiring and income, supporting home purchases and reAlpha’s realty, mortgage-brokerage and title-service revenue; weaker payrolls may point to softer demand and less revenue from those services.
Better Home & Finance Holding Company earningsBETR
Better Home & Finance Holding Company’s report will show whether its direct-to-consumer lending and Tinman automation are advancing in the same borrower market as reAlpha Mortgage.
Read direct-to-consumer loan volume alongside Tinman’s progress automating applications through closing. Rising volume with advancing automation would show Better gaining borrower reach and processing capability, potentially sharpening competition for reAlpha Mortgage; weak volume or limited progress would offer less evidence that this pressure is growing. Better makes and sells loans, while reAlpha Mortgage earns brokerage commissions, so their revenue models differ.
reAlpha Tech Corp. earningsThis company
reAlpha earns from homebuying services and technology, and this report will show whether more customer activity is becoming revenue without worsening the cost of growth.
Read Homebuying Services and Technology Services revenue alongside gross margin and operating loss. Growing homebuying revenue with technology revenue also rising, while gross margin stabilizes or improves, would show transaction fees and technology sales expanding without service costs eating away as much of the growth. If revenue rises but gross margin falls and operating losses widen, the platform is growing without yet converting that growth into better operating performance.
