Actuate Therapeutics’ only drug candidate is elraglusib, in Phase 2 clinical development with metastatic pancreatic cancer as its lead indication. It has no approved product and has earned no product-sales revenue. Investors have supplied funding through share offerings, and continued development depends on raising more capital.
The intended business is to bring elraglusib to market, either itself or through commercial partners. It must establish the drug’s safety and effectiveness and obtain regulatory approval for each intended use before selling it. Sales would also depend on doctors adopting the treatment and government programs and health insurers covering and reimbursing it. Actuate outsources clinical studies and manufacturing; it relies on a single supplier in China for elraglusib’s active drug substance, without a commitment to future supply.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
Actuate Therapeutics, Inc.’s results hinge on elraglusib’s clinical and regulatory progress and its ability to raise capital, not existing product sales.
Arcus Biosciences, Inc. is a rival to watch in pancreatic cancer: it develops quemliclustat, while Actuate Therapeutics, Inc. develops elraglusib for the same cancer. Quemliclustat’s development progress is the relevant signal, though the drugs work through different mechanisms.
Elicio Therapeutics, Inc. gives Actuate Therapeutics, Inc. holders another pancreatic-cancer program to follow, but in a different treatment setting. Elicio develops KRAS-targeted immunotherapy for patients after initial treatment, while Actuate develops elraglusib for advanced pancreatic cancer.
Actuate Therapeutics, Inc. uses Lantern Pharma Inc.’s cancer-data analysis platform to develop biological-marker patterns, or biomarker signatures, for its drug candidates. Lantern received Actuate shares under the collaboration and may receive more if the results are used in future development; neither company had recognized revenue under the agreement through December 31, 2025.
Arcus Biosciences, Inc. earningsRCUS
Arcus Biosciences’ report will show how its pancreatic-cancer drug quemliclustat is progressing, a signal of competition for Actuate Therapeutics in the same cancer.
Look for reported clinical progress—or delays or setbacks—in Arcus’s quemliclustat program. Clear progress would mean a drug with a different mechanism is advancing in the same cancer, making Actuate’s competitive field more crowded; stalled development would mean less pressure from this program.
Actuate Therapeutics, Inc. earningsThis company
Actuate Therapeutics has no product-sales revenue, so its report will show how much it spends advancing elraglusib and whether its cash can support that work.
Read research and development spending alongside cash used in operations and cash on hand. Lower spending with a longer cash runway would show the company is conserving funds; lower clinical-trial spending with little runway would suggest financing pressure is constraining development of its only drug candidate.
