Company

Company overview

Zenta Group operates from Macau, serving customers in Macau and mainland China. Almost all its revenue comes from fintech, chiefly models that analyze credit risk and consumer behavior using large datasets. Customers pay monthly according to their use of models the company acquired from Guo Yan. Zenta also distributes Guo Yan’s products: it collects customer payments, keeps a commission and passes the balance to the supplier.

The business relies heavily on Guo Yan for products and technical support, including maintenance of acquired products. It also depends on a small customer base: Zongjia and Muhe together supply most of its revenue. Customer usage and continued business from these clients therefore matter directly to its income.

Zenta’s smaller consulting business helps clients plan industrial parks, arrange land agreements and acquire stakes in businesses or projects, generally for fixed project fees. These engagements are usually non-recurring, and payments depend on project progress and completion. Its business-investment consulting does not include securities-trading advice, investment research or financial advisory services.

The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.

Zenta’s results hinge on a handful of customers, especially Zongjia and Muhe, using its fintech models and on technology supplied or acquired from Guo Yan, rather than on the consulting peers.
