Company

Company overview

Zone Frontier develops land with power access and data-center facilities with partners for AI companies that need computing capacity. Its Minnesota campus is under construction and exclusively leased to Cerebras Systems under a long-term agreement, making that campus dependent on a single tenant. It is also developing a West Texas project with HST Technologies. The AI infrastructure business has not yet generated revenue.

Revenue so far has come entirely from CleanCore, which makes equipment that produces ozone-infused water for cleaning and sanitizing. Distributors and end users buy these products, and two customers account for a substantial share of sales. Zone Frontier is seeking to sell this business but has no binding sale agreement. It has already sold substantially all of its Dogecoin assets to fund its AI strategy.

Turning the campuses into rent-producing facilities requires additional financing, reliable power and successful construction with development partners. Development and operations also require land-use, building and environmental approvals, which can restrict whether and how projects proceed.

Zone Frontier’s results hinge on completing its Minnesota campus leased to Cerebras Systems and developing its West Texas campus with HST Technologies, rather than its cleaning business slated for disposal.

  • Zone Frontier’s prospective infrastructure revenue depends heavily on Cerebras Systems, which exclusively leases its Minnesota AI campus under a ten-year agreement worth more than $800 million. Cerebras sells AI supercomputers and computing capacity to organizations; its customers’ demand for long-term dedicated capacity is a signal to watch for demand for Zone’s powered data-center space.
