Company

Company overview

ZJK Industrial makes the screws, nuts, bolts and other precision metal parts used in electronic equipment and new energy vehicles. It operates mainly through subsidiaries in mainland China. Its engineers work with customers from the product-development stage to customize parts, which the company manufactures and sells through its own sales team. Product sales provide most of its revenue.

The business relies on orders from a concentrated group of customers. PSM-ZJK, its largest customer, supplies a substantial share of revenue and is also a company in which ZJK Industrial holds a minority stake. Reductions or cancellations of major customers’ orders can be difficult to replace.

Environmental compliance also constrains production. Zhongke Components is operating without a required pollutant-discharge permit, while it and Zhongjinke Shenzhen have unfinished environmental inspections for certain production projects. These unresolved requirements could lead authorities to restrict or halt production, or close facilities in serious cases.
