Zepp Health sells smart watches and bands that help consumers track their health and exercise. Amazfit products account for nearly all revenue, and device sales contribute far more than subscriptions. Consumers buy through online storefronts and distributors’ retail stores; the company also sells directly to e-commerce platforms that resell its products.
The company develops Zepp OS, sensors and health-data algorithms, but buys components and outsources manufacturing and order fulfillment. Main chips and heart-rate sensors come primarily from Jiangsu Yitong, a company in which it holds an investment. Delivering products therefore depends on outside suppliers and contract manufacturers, while continued sales depend on appealing new devices and retailers’ willingness to carry them.
Medical-use features require regulatory clearance in the markets where they are sold. Its PumpBeats blood-pressure software has Chinese medical-device certification and is already integrated into products launched in China; that approval does not replace the clearances needed elsewhere.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
Zepp’s results hinge on Amazfit demand and rivals’ product launches, while affiliate Jiangsu Yitong supplies the main chips and heart-rate sensors that matter to device costs and reliable supply.
Garmin competes directly with Zepp’s Amazfit sports and outdoor wearables for consumers buying running, fitness and adventure watches. Its fitness and outdoor watch sales are the part to watch for demand in the markets Amazfit serves.
Apple’s wearables compete with Zepp’s Amazfit smartwatches for consumers seeking health, fitness and connected-device features on their wrists. Watch Apple’s new wearable features and pricing: stronger competition can pressure Zepp’s sales and margins.
Alphabet’s Google Fitbit business competes with Zepp’s Amazfit devices for consumers buying health- and fitness-tracking wearables. Watch Fitbit product news rather than Alphabet’s overall results, which mainly reflect other businesses, including advertising paid for by advertisers.

Garmin's fitness and outdoor watch sales will show whether demand holds up in the running, fitness and adventure-watch markets where it competes with Zepp Health.
Focus on Garmin's fitness and outdoor watch sales, not its entire business. Resilient sales would point to firm demand in categories where Amazfit also competes, a supportive backdrop for Zepp; weaker sales would suggest those consumers are pulling back, making Amazfit growth harder to sustain.

Zepp Health's report will show whether Amazfit watch and band sales can grow while the products retain their gross margin.
Read Amazfit-related revenue alongside gross margin, the share of sales left after product costs. Revenue growth with a broadly stable margin would show that sales are expanding without materially eroding product economics; growth paired with a falling margin would show that costs or lower prices are consuming the gain.
