Company overview

DirectBooking Technology Co., Ltd. is a holding company whose operating business is Primega Construction in Hong Kong. Most revenue comes from loading and hauling soil and rock excavated from construction sites. Customers are mainly foundation and site-formation subcontractors, which pay Primega to take materials to government disposal facilities or arrange for suitable materials to be reused or recycled. Primega also earns revenue from supporting deep excavations and carrying out bored piling, generally as a subcontractor.

Transportation customers pay under project contracts, either for an agreed overall sum subject to remeasurement or at a fixed rate per volume or weight. Payments generally arrive monthly after completed work is certified. Primega usually receives no advance payment, so it must fund project costs before collecting from customers.

A small group of major customers supplies most revenue, and work is awarded project by project rather than under long-term agreements. The business therefore depends on winning further work as Hong Kong construction projects proceed. Its contracts generally lack price-adjustment clauses, so higher fuel, labor or subcontracting costs can reduce what it earns from an agreed price.

DirectBooking’s results hinge on Hong Kong foundation and site-formation project activity, a concentrated contractor customer base, and transport and construction costs—not just the broader construction cycle.

    Fed Interest Rate Decision

Fed decisions set the benchmark for borrowing costs across the economy; DirectBooking has bank borrowings and finance leases, but its profile does not identify interest costs as a main driver of its project revenue or costs.
