One and One Green Technologies, Inc. turns scrap metal into raw materials for industrial use through its Philippine businesses Yoda Metal and DL Metal, which it controls through contractual arrangements. It buys waste-metal materials from exporters and commercial agents, processes and smelts them, and sells the recovered metals to importers primarily in mainland China and Hong Kong. Copper alloy ingots generate most revenue, followed by aluminum alloy.
Almost all sales come from three customers, so their orders and payments are central to the business. Customers typically receive extended credit terms rather than paying immediately. The company also relies on a small group of suppliers for most of its purchases, making continued access to scrap material important to fulfilling orders.
Its ability to import hazardous waste and smelt electronic waste depends on Philippine licenses and environmental permits. It must comply with waste-handling and emissions rules, while sales abroad also depend on customers being able to import its metal products.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
One and One Green Technologies’ results depend on Chinese demand for recycled copper and aluminum, scrap purchase costs and a highly concentrated importer customer base—not swimming-pool distribution.
