WORK Medical Technology Group LTD is a holding company with its operations and assets in China. Its subsidiaries sell own-brand medical devices, including artery compression tourniquets and disposable supplies used in anesthesia and respiratory care, such as breathing circuits and endotracheal tubes. Devices other than masks generate most of its revenue; masks are a smaller business.
Most sales go to distributors in China, which buy the products and resell them to hospitals and other medical institutions at higher prices. Export distributors provide a smaller revenue stream, alongside limited direct sales to hospitals, pharmacies and medical institutions. The business therefore depends largely on distributors continuing to buy products for their end customers.
Hangzhou Shanyou is the group's only subsidiary with production lines. Those lines had been put into use without completing required fire-protection and construction inspections and filings, leaving them exposed to possible stop-use or suspension orders. The subsidiaries must also complete the applicable Chinese device filings or registrations, and exported devices must meet the importing country's legal requirements.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
WORK’s results depend mainly on Chinese distributors’ demand for anesthesia and respiratory consumables and competition from local manufacturers Henan Tuoren, Guangzhou Weili and Zhejiang Sujia, none of which appears in this list.
Merit Medical Systems competes with WORK in its largest product category: Merit sells devices that compress the radial artery, overlapping with WORK’s artery compression tourniquets.
Medline Inc. competes with WORK in disposable supplies used for breathing and anesthesia, selling its own branded products to hospitals and other care providers that overlap with WORK’s breathing circuits, oxygen masks and other disposable airway products.

Merit Medical also sells devices that compress the radial artery, so its report offers a read on demand and competition in the market for WORK’s largest product category.
Look at Merit Medical’s reported device sales. Stronger sales would suggest firmer demand or competitiveness in this device market, a favorable signal for WORK’s artery-compression tourniquets; weaker sales could point to cooling demand or tougher competition. Merit sells many products, so its overall results cannot establish how WORK’s sales changed.

Medline also sells its own branded disposable airway supplies to hospitals and other care providers, so its report offers a read on the market that overlaps with WORK’s breathing circuits and related products.
Look at Medline’s reported sales. Stronger sales would suggest that hospitals and other care providers are maintaining demand for disposable airway supplies, a positive signal for WORK’s breathing circuits and oxygen masks; weaker sales could point to softer demand or tougher competition. Medline sells a broad range of products, so its overall sales cannot establish WORK’s orders or unit sales.
